Would definitely stay here again! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the crisp white linens and towels made everything feel extra clean and inviting. Overall, a beautiful home and a great place to stay.
The property was very clean and had nice decor, new appliances. The neighborhood was new and conveniently close to dining and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was very luxurious. We were very happy to have gotten to stay in this house.
Absolutely loved the property - so comfortable and wonderful in every way. Also so grateful for the amazing host David is....we accidentally selected the wrong date for our stay and showed up a day early, he was so kind and accommodating I just could not recommend him or his home more!

This was one of the most memorable and funny things I have experienced as a host. I am sure Cydney and her group were worried having showed up a day early, but luckily it worked out and the home was available. I know the calendar can be deceiving at times. Thank you for the kind review!
Stayed here for my daughter's graduation. Family and guests were all complimenting on my good decision. Good place to be able to get ready for the graduation. Comfortable sleeping arrangement and most importantly we could cater dinner after the ceremony for everyone to have a proper dinner and still sit to chat. Home away from home. Easy few mins drive to UGA. Will be back for game day.
Lovely property in good location for my needs. Kitchen needs some dishes . Sleeps 8 but only 3 dinner plates ! Added cost for extra people - that not listed in booking . Sleeps 8 but extra charge over 4 ?
We were in town to play the UGA golf course and this house was in a great location. Our group had no issues the one night we stayed. The house itself was well maintained and free of clutter. The A/C was set to freezing, which I appreciated since I sleep better when cold. We didn't use any kitchen appliances since we ordered in pizza. But the kitchen looked well equipped. IF I ever find myself in "enemy" territory again, I would love to stay here again.
This house was perfect for our family and dogs. The open layout provided plenty of space for everyone, including our fur babies, to feel right at home. The location was ideal, with a quick drive to everything in downtown Athens, GA. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring we all got a good night's sleep. We made wonderful memories with our family during our son's wedding, and this house played a big part in that. From the spacious living areas to the cozy bedrooms, it was the perfect setting for our celebrations. The backyard was a fantastic bonus, offering a great space for the dogs to play.A special thank you to Kevin for your warm hospitality and fantastic recommendations on food options. Your kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. We hope to visit again soon. Go Dawgs!

I was in contact with Scott throughout their stay and enjoyed helping make their family wedding a memorable one. They left the home spotless and picked up after their dogs! I could not even tell the dogs had been there. This was my family home until having to relocate and we love hearing other dog owners enjoy the space. Dogs are people too! Thank you Scott and we hope you return.
We came to watch my nephew play in his 2 lacrosse games. The house was perfect for our family to stay. It had plenty of room and space for people to move around. It was easy access to the rec fields and downtown Athens. The only issue we had was the upstairs thermostat would not get cool enough and I assumed it was controlled through an app with a preset locked in temperature. I should have contacted the contact person, but we were only there for the night. I know I would recommend this property, as well as, my sister.
