Love this house!

We’ve stayed at this villa before and it just keeps getting better. Great location (approx 10 minutes to ferry dock), great views with easterly breezes making the veranda and pool deck an amazing place for morning coffee, casual lunch or evening cocktails. The pool was clean and had a sitting ledge. A great place to cool down and relax. The house now also has trash service with a bin near the driveway so you don’t have to drag your trash to one of the dumpsters near town. Overall it was an exceptional place for our visit.

Caribbean Palm Villa - Amazing Experience

This was our first visit to St. John and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The Caribbean Palm Villa was amazing. The villa is so beautiful and well maintained. Each bedroom was a good size with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. The outdoor showers were so fun and the kids loved them. It has plenty of covered outdoor space with an amazing view and a great indoor/outdoor music setup, including a portable speaker for when the kids wanted to listen to different music. It has every amenity you can think of and it was great having all the information we needed on the iPad - my husband could not stop raving about the toaster (of all things,lol) and the kids loved having the ice machine. It is in a quiet area, but is very easy to get to everything on the island. I only wish we could have stayed longer as this is one of our favorite places we have stayed.

Beautiful house, wonderful stay!

This was our 7th time staying at a house in St. John. We can honestly say that this house was our favorite! So comfortable with a beautiful pool and all the amenities you could want! We cannot wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful, amazing vacation at a beautiful location! We will definitely book here in the future!

Peaceful with Incredible Views!

We stayed at Caribbean Palm Villa in late April 2019 and loved our week there. The bedrooms are all very good size and the beds were very comfortable! We also loved the huge kitchen and outdoor deck with its seating and lounging areas. It is only 10 minutes or less to the ferry dock in town so it is easy to get to the nice restaurants and bars.

Amazing Villa - Pictures Don't Do it Justice!

Amazing breeze, great view, and super close to Cruz Bay which is amazing as well. Everything was clean and high end. You will not regret your stay here at all, do it!

Thanksgiving vacation

The villa was as advertised. Incredible views, and the house itself was beautiful and comfortable. The owners/managers were very helpful getting us there and the whole visit went off without a hitch. We hope to return some day. Highly recommend.

Impeccable home

This property is a really easy to get to section of fish bay and has an amazing view. Check in is a breeze. The home is absolutely impeccable and each of the three offered bedrooms is awesome. A luxury home with anything you might need to enjoy your stay in St. John.

Beautiful Relaxing Villa!

Everything was brand new and very tastefully decorated! Each master suite has amazing views! The outdoor spaces were plentiful and breezy. This house is pure bliss. The location is perfect, close enough to town but far enough away to completely disconnect. Highly recommended!

Spring Break

Great house in a great locations. We have visited St.John many times over the years and stayed in a number of houses from Chocolate Hole to Coral Bay. Caribbean Palm is one of the best of the bunch. The house is very well laid out and well equipped. The views are amazing. The proximity to Cruz Bay makes it ideal for going to restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, shopping, and accessing boat charters. We had an excellent trip.

Couldn’t be happier. Immaculate, beautiful home just as described. Even down to the things you don’t usually think about like cookware and sharp knives. Loved the sunrise and shade in the afternoon after a beach day. Highly recommend!!

Impressive

This property was a pleasure to stay at. A very private location with 3 large bedrooms with en suite baths. Susan the property manager was extremely pleasant and although we did not need to, I felt confident that she would have taken care of any problems if they had occurred. Thank you very much for everything, and I'm thankful I will not have to waste time searching for somewhere to stay when we return to St John.

Unbelievable villa in paradise!

This was our 4th visit to St. John and first stay at Carribean Palm. I say first, because we literally cannot wait to go back for more. The Villa is unbelievable - the views, the spacious bedrooms, the gorgeous showers, the amazing kitchen, the pool, the decor - it is like staying in a 5 star resort but with the comforts of home. The location is great, just a short and windy drive from Cruz Bay. The owners are fantastic and provided all of the info and amenities we needed. Don't hesitate to book this place, it is truly amazing! We can't wait to return!

What an experience!

Three couples. One week. The best house in St. John. We are booking for next year. Close to town and grocery. All bedrooms well equipped. Great kitchen. Pool is perfect. Open air showers. But the view can't be beat! And the breeze is awesome too.
