Charming casita

The casita is a wonderful place to stay. It is located in a quiet safe neighborhood near shopping and the university. The hosts are excellent and attentive.

Great location

We loved being in a part of Tucson we have never spent much time in. Close to restaurants, attractions (Botanical Gardens) had a great time enjoying the neighborhood, pretty historical (Arizona Inn). Unit was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Outside seating with a fire pit made for some lovely sunsets.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is amazing. Its central location is extremely convenient. This area is sought after by home buyers for its historic charm and it's quiet streets. Located on a bike boulevard, it's ideal for joining up on the famous Tucson Loop bike system.

What makes this property unique

Our vision was to make this property a place that we would enjoy living in. The Casita was remodeled with new flooring, updated kitchen, new lights, and new mini split heat and cooling system. We added a ramada outside to create a beautiful outdoor living space in an enclosed back yard.
