Built in 1905 and fully renovated in 2022. Large back yard with deck and BBQ grill. Onsite parking. Perfect for Racetrack meets, tailgating, & events in Louisville!

Property is fully renovated and has full kitchen, laundry, game room, living room, 2 full bath, and 2 bedrooms. Lots of 0utdoor space on front and back porch and fully fenced in back yard!

We came to Louisville for a family trip. This house was very comfortable and convenient to all Louisville activities. We would definitely stay at this property again. I felt very safe and the owners were very attentive and had very quick response times.

Louder than life

We stayed here for the Larger Than Life concert. It was a super cute house, super clean and the location was amazing! If we make it back next year I hope it’s available to rent!

Great location, but whomever is cleaning this property, and or inspecting it, are not doing a great job. There was a lot of hair everywhere. Furniture, stairway, bedroom, showers. Furniture is old and out dated, smelly and need to be replaced. After checking-in the owners was hard to contact.
