Our beautiful new build house located in a quiet neighborhood in North Port close to beaches, restaurants and entertainments . The open floor plan can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Upon entering, you're greeted by an open concept floor plan that seamlessly connects the spacious great room, fully equipped chef's kitchen, and dining area. The great room features plush seating centered around an 85" smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends.

The location is unbeatable, with quick access to I-75 and just minutes away from new shopping options including Costco, 15-30 miles to well known beaches like Siesta Key/Lido Key Beach and SAint Armands Cir, Nokomis, Venice, and Manasota. (Chairs, beach towels and ambrella available.)
The kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, and a stunning granite waterfall kitchen island. It's stocked with all the necessary small kitchen appliances and utensils, housed in a convenient pantry.
For restful nights, the house offers four well-appointed bedrooms placed for privacy. The master suite is a sanctuary with a king bed, two walk-in closets, TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring two sinks, soak tub, shower, and makeup table and inclosed toilet. The two guest bedrooms each have queen beds, TV and their own closets. One of the bedrooms has a desk, the other one has sleeper ottoman. Fourth bedroom has a full size futon bed.

For outdoor enjoyment, step into the backyard where a cozy patio set, fire pit table, dining set and a full outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill await. Lanai also features a powder room for your convenience. The backyard offers a hot tub with peaceful view on the canal. Also you can fish or simply unwind amidst nature, possibly even spotting a manatee.
Other amenities include a laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent provided) located off the kitchen, with direct access to the 3-car garage with EV charger outlet and driveway offering ample parking space.
