While these units share the same roof, they do not share any indoor space, ensuring that you enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Each unit is individually designed and self-contained, providing you with the comforts of home while allowing you to enjoy the communal charm of staying in a beautifully renovated property.

The Vincent - Suite A offers an inviting retreat and is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as vacations with friends and family when renting one of our other two private units on the property.

Ocean Springs Gem!

We made a last minute trip to Ocean Springs and so glad we chose the Vincent. Great property located in the heart of town. Everything was just as described, very clean ,well stocked and within walking distance of plenty of local shops and restaurants. Will certainly recommend to any friends or family looking to visit and cant wait to return as well.

Great location!

Loved the house and location as far as being walkable to everything in town. It is a very busy street that can get loud late at night. The house has three units which have been completely renovated, very stylish and clean, has everything you need for a short stay. My only complaint is you can hear loud conversations from the other units. I would definitely stay here again, due to location.

Excellent Cottage

Cottage was in the best spot on Government Street. When we first stumbled upon this cottage, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Property Manager is the most thoughtful, gracious host. The bed was comfortable and everything in the cottage was lovely and tidy - decor up to date. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will stay here again on our next Ocean Springs adventure.

Don’t keep looking…stay here!

There are 3 units in this one house but you definitely feel like it’s your own space! Very clean and modern decor in a cute historic home…..and walking distance to ALL the fun restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking behind the house and we were also able to get a spot in front of the house for the golf cart we rented from the place next door. Golf cart not needed for restaurants but was nice to go to beach…although that would have been walkable as well, just a little farther. Chris, the property manager, was extremely responsive and helpful for everything we needed. This was our first visit to Ocean Sorings but we will be back and would definitely stay at The Vincent again!!
