This house was spacious for our family of five, had comfortable beds, and anything you could need. We especially appreciated that you can drive to the Pearl without even having to get on I-35! It was a great central location which allowed us to be close to downtown attractions without staying on the Riverwalk.

We had a wonderful stay! Beds were very comfortable. The entire place was very clean. Many special touches. We didn’t have babies or children with us, but would definitely bring the grandkids next time. The neighborhood is older and some houses are not kept up the best, but we felt safe and the neighbors were polite and friendly. Nearby restaurant “The Ridge” was excellent, highly recommend.

It made the trip more relaxing not having to spend the first hour going through the house and putting things breakable away. From the time of booking to after check out, Martha & Miguel have been in communication with us. The cleanliness of the home was to par as was each room in the house. The love they've put into this home shows. It's very cozy and welcoming. We felt safe and didn't have to worry about our vehicle. The master bedroom's bed was so comfortable, best sleep I've gotten! This is now going to be our go to place for visits to San Antonio! Out 5 yr old also enjoyed the stay!

Government Hill is a historic neighborhood located near Fort Sam Houston, one of the oldest and most iconic military bases in the U.S. The area is known for its charming late 19th and early 20th-century homes, many of which feature Victorian and Craftsman architectural styles (like this home).

Our property is located in the Government Hill neighborhood near downtown San Antonio less than 2 miles from the Alamo and very close to the Pearl brewery complex. Safe neighborhood with easy access to all of the major highways in San Antonio.
