Calling our snowbirds, here is the perfect Winter nest for you! Fresh to the market and open for the 2026 Winter Season. These months will fill quickly, so do not hesitate to reserve your spot. Bring along your four legged babies as they are welcome here, some restrictions apply, $300 pet fee. As soon as you arrive, you will feel right at home. Well suited for 4 adult guests to comfortably share. Everything is in place and available for your use.

One mile drive to North Port's world known Warm Mineral Springs! 20 minutes to Florida pristine beach's and 10 minutes to Cool Today park to catch an Atlanta Braves baseball game! Plenty of eateries and shopping centers nearby.

Everything is in place and available for your use. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable linens, beach gear, strong WI-FI and indoor laundry. Sunshine will fill the space to keep those Winter blues at bay. Throw open the sliders and enjoy your meals on the screened lanai. The primary suite provides a restful night's sleep in queen sized accommodations and the guest bedroom features queen size bedding. Two bathrooms so no need to share space. The convenience of location is a major draw. A short drive to the healing waters of Warm Mineral Springs, ONE MILE!!! The warm, mineral-rich water can help with muscle aches and soreness, and may also help with chronic pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia. The water can also help increase flexibility and circulate lactic acid out of sore muscles. Explore shopping, dining and the beautiful Gulf Beaches in both Venice and Englewood. Fishing, golfing, hiking, kayaking, biking will entice the adventurer in the group. Please inquire about current availability. Please note guests are not given access to the garage.

A car is need for transport and Uber/Lyft are great for a night out.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.

TO DO:

1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.

3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.

4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.

5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.

6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.

7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.

8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location

9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.

10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.

11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.

12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.

13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.

* Please sign both pages. We require that the signature is of the party that made the reservation. If not signed by that person, the return cannot be provided.
