Awesome location, walkable and safe. Parking garage (Huntington) was a 2-3 minute walk and very safe/ secure. Comfy bed and pillows, very cozy decorating. Would definitely stay again! Just very responsive!

Nice property

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and right away it felt like home. There was excellent communication from the host before and after we arrived. We will be looking at this property first every time we visit.

This is a great VRBO! It's super clean, the location is perfect, it's decorated very nice, and the building is secure. Jahni is responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. (Make sure you check out the late night taco truck across the street. It's SO GOOD!)

Friendly, Convenient, Cool

This was a very convenient and cool place to stay. Close to where we attended an event. And if we had any trouble accessing the building, Jahni was very responsive and quick to assist! Thank you!

Met our needs

This was all the space we needed for a quick stay, but maybe not the place to go if it’s a busy weekend with quick turnarounds expected. We asked when booking if we could check in an hour early, which was approved, and then again the week of stay, which was confirmed. However, shortly before we planned to check in we were informed by the host that he had not heard from his cleaners We then waited to hear back, but decided to check in at the normal time (4pm). Unfortunately the apartment still had not yet been cleaned. The host reached out at the same time and did offer a partial refund, which we did receive. We were able to locate extra sheets to change the bed. For somewhere to stay overnight, the space was all that we needed, but disappointing that it wasn’t cleaned prior to us staying. I would not say this sleeps 4 though, as the pull out couch was pretty narrow; thankfully our group only had 3 but I think 4 people would be uncomfortable. The host was pretty communicative which was appreciated, although I wish we would have had more communication on the day of.

We arrived shortly after 4PM and could tell that the apartment had not been fully cleaned. There were dirty bedsheets in a ball on the mattress and there were items in both the washer & dryer. Cleaning products and trash bags were left on the counter, and there was no bag in the trashcan, no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen, and barely any shampoo/conditioner in the shower. We messaged the host asking about the cleaners being finished because of what we walked into and he said they were not done and must’ve stepped out for more supplies. He said he tried reaching out to them and could not get a hold of them. A couple of hours later, he messaged us saying that they were “pulled over” but he could ask them to return and finish the job. By this point we had prior engagements and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff & having cleaners in and out of the apartment. We attempted to finish the laundry ourselves, but the dryer was not efficient, and we ended up going to bed with a damp comforter. Also, none of the outlets in the living room area worked. So the TV was not useable and the WiFi box needed to be moved to another area of the house. Not once did we get an apology from the host for any of our issues and that is the main reason for even writing this review.

The apartment had a great location with safe and easy entry. Parking wasn’t included but the lot they told us about was close and reasonable. The apartment building itself had a strange odor but it wasn’t very noticeable in the actual apartment. The bed was very squeaky. My husband and I woke each other up moving all evening. Overall the location made this apartment extremely desirable and we would stay again.
