About this space
Large Mansard Victorian Home - just 20-25 minutes from downtown Boston, Boston hoods & sights; walk to public transportation; minutes from Routes 95 and 495 & major routes leading to all New England destinations. An urban oasis & child friendly home.
The space
Charming Victorian, urban oasis, featuring large two bedrooms with all modern amenities in Hyde Park, a neighborhood within the city. The unit accommodates 4-7 persons comfortably. The unit has all HWF, 12' ceilings, Oriental Rugs, Eclectic Furnishings and Art. Both bedrooms have queen beds: the primary bedroom, en-suite has a Jacuzzi, while the second bedroom has a adjoining full size bathroom. The bedrooms are bright and cheery, offering closets and dresser space. Queen 'air beds' are available with built in air pump for easy set-up in the living-room for 2-3 additional guests. Automatically maintains comfort setting of choice. Plenty of fresh linens and towels are available. Check-in is at 3 PM and Check-out is 11 AM - unless other wise discussed.
The unit is on the first floor of a 2-Family home, with convenient side access (back door kitchen access) from the driveway. My unit only has access for parking in the large driveway. The second floor unit is occupied, and completely separate from the first floor unit. There are hardwood floors throughout. The furniture is modern with a twist on tradition, an eclectic collection of artwork from travels enhancing the comfort and charm of my home.
The third Room (aka) "The Innkeepers Closet" remains locked and not accessible to guests.
The innkeeper has a separate suite and separate entrance in the basement and sometimes stays there.
Guest access
Reserved Off-Street Parking for 2 guest cars available in driveway. On street parking is also readily available. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the modern amenities from a toaster oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee makers (from single-cup, cafe to French Press), cookware, stemware for libations, and more. Enjoy a simple meal to a formal one in the elegant large dining-room seats up to 12; additionally a comfortable living-room with HD TV and basic cable. Fast and reliable
WiFi; deck/porch off the kitchen to relax. Access to both the washer and dryer. During the winter, thermostat is regulated for heating, and during the summer there are

Kitchen is stocked with fresh coffee for convenience upon arrival. Window Air Conditioning Units are provided in bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans as well. Noise level is comparable to hotel room units.
