Our online calendar is updated in real time and nightly rates are accurate. Fees are payable in two installments if dates booked are beyond 30 days from date of booking.

* 55” Smart TV in Living Room with Apps for Streaming Channels (eg. AppleTV, Prime, Netflix, etc.). Sign in using your own accounts for easy access to your favorite shows.
* Well-appointed kitchen with full sized Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator w/ice dispenser, Dishwasher, etc.
* Dining tables both inside and outside on private patio overlooking greenbelt.
* Primary bedroom is en suite and has a king bed, couch, and sliding glass door opening to small, shaded private patio. Great for reading!
* Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, chair and TV. Bathroom for this bedroom is outside the room.
* Both bedrooms have Bluetooth clock radios, for easy listening to your own music from your connected phone or tablet. Qi charging.

* One designated covered parking space. Other non-designated covered parking spaces are close by. No charge for parking.
