Villa Sophia is a true coastal gem that is fresh and breathy as well as warm and cozy. It is just 1,5 miles away from the beautiful beaches of Naples and right in the middle of everything Naples has to offer.

The 4-bedroom house with its open-concept living space features soaring 12-foot vaulted ceilings in the living room and high ceilings throughout the rest of the house to give you the feeling of breezing freely.

Since everything of this newly built house was designed and planned by us, we made sure that you would feel comfortable from the very beginning. In the open living area you will find a large sectional with comfy chairs, a huge 55’ Smart TV, latest generation Apple TV and a Bose radio.

The dining area has large sliding patio doors facing the heated outdoor pool and the fully equipped brand new gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, a huge bar area and stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser.

All bedrooms, including the huge king bed in the master bedroom, offer high quality mattresses and blackout curtains to let you sleep heavenly.

The house is equipped with free high speed Internet and features a second smart TV in the master bedroom. It offers a large two car garage as well as a large driveway that you can use during your stay.

The screened outdoor patio with heated pool is a true oasis and features recliners, a comfortable seating area, a large dining table and is completed by a brand new professional Weber gas grill.

This luxurious retreat is ideally located and close to Naples’ famous and breathtaking sandy beaches and its beautiful shopping and dining experiences as well as galleries and theaters. Also the Naples Zoo and the Freedom Park are close by for you to explore the Florida wildlife. The Everglades and Marco Island are also only a short drive away.

Our house offers everything you need for a welcoming and relaxing vacation that will let you feel home from the beginning.

Please note that we do not allow any person who is not part of your booked group on property unless prior approval by the owner.

Since our house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood we do not allow any party at our house and no loud noises/music after 10pm.

Beautiful home

This is our 3rd VRBO trip to Naples, and by far the nicest home. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our large family of six. The house was fully stocked with pool toys, chairs for the beach, books, games, and the comfiest beach towels I have ever used! We would definitely return!

This house is new, decorated nicely, and again, in a great location in terms of shopping, restaurants, the beach, and close to old naples. The owners are very accommodating. A few blips on the radar screen were dealt with immediately. Nice pool . We will be returning on future visits.

Excellent & Outstanding Memorial Day weekend

The house was much better than expected, brand new, very clean, very modern, comfortable, 15 minutes from the beach, we enjoy the pool very much not to mention the barbecue grill. The hosts had a basket waiting for us with a welcome note with snacks and Colombian coffee which we love. We had an incredible time and will definitely rent again. We strongly recommended it to anyone who wants a great home away from home.

Beautiful home

This home is definitely our dream home and even better than pictures. Super clean, everything is new and well stocked with the essentials. Very open floor plan. Our favorite was opening the expansive patio sliders to the screened in pool area and enjoying the fresh air and meals poolside. The homeowners were extremely responsive. The location is very centrally located. We would love to return someday. Thank you!

Nice home for spending time with family. Careful in garage because of a small ledge between driveway and garage. A fall occurred because of it. Other than that a very nice house in a working class neighborhood. We had a delightful time.

Beautiful vacation home

The house is in a good location to the beach, and downtown Naples. Well equipped kitchen,with thoughtful equipment in the kitchen, pool toys and games for the family. Beautifully furnished. Located in a modest, quiet neighborhood. We had a couple of appliance issues, which the owner and property manager, Liz, took care of immediately. Think you would enjoy this home.

Perfect Family Getaway

I can't say enough about how perfect this house was for our family (3 adults and one child). We had plenty of space and could have fit more people if we wished. The layout is perfect. The amenities are abundant. The pool and outside are awesome. The owners were super responsive. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the house is nicer than the neighborhood. That was our only concern. The location though is super central and everywhere is easy to get to.

Das Ferienhaus Villa Sophia ist in einem exzellenten Zustand und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet und der Pool läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es befinden sich Strandutensilien aller Art im Haus. Die technische Ausstattung mit Radio, TV und Klimaanlage ist neueste Generation. Wir werden wiederkommen!

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was not as nice as the house. Not walkable but a short car ride to stores, many beaches and downtown Naples. The pool was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 little kids. A very comfortable place to stay. The owners were very accommodating.

A lovely house to enjoy some winter sunshine

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. The house itself was very well equipped with a lovely pool, three good bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a comfortable living room. However it was the little differences that were particularly appreciated. The bedding and comforters were of a high quality; we were greeted with a care package including bottled water, coffee, wine and chocolate; the beach chairs were comfortable and not your average cheap rubbish; the TV has an excellent cable package including HBO and Netflix. Christina and Falko obviously take pride in being hosts and it shows. We read some comments on the neighborhood and it is a more working class area than many in ritzy Naples. However, it is safe and very well located to everything - so it really wasn’t an issue for us. Thank you for letting us enjoy a welcome break from the cold of the Northeast and thank you for being such gracious hosts.

We loved the house and Naples

The house was very well planned. We where nine persons staying (we hade an extra airmatress with us after ok from the owners) and there was enough room for all of us. We had all we needed in the house for our almost two weeks stay. All of us would love to come back some time. The owners were great also, so nice to deal with.

ein tolles Feriendomizil was keine Wünsche offen lässt

Villa Sophia bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für ein Feriendomizil, alle Geräte sind auf dem neuesten Stand, ob Waschmaschine oder Trockner oder Kaffeemaschine etc. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Der Aussenbereich ist klasse mit der screened-in Porch. Der Pool ist toll speziell für Kinder. Man merkt dass das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Kontakt zum Vermieter (Falko und Chirstina) war ausgezeichnet. Toll fanden wir auch die Tips rund um Naples, wir haben uns viel "abgeguckt". Jederzeit würden wir Villa Sophia wieder anmieten.

We both grew up in Germany before we made our dream come true to move to the USA in 2008. Shortly after we discovered Naples during a short trip to Florida we immediately fell in love with the beautiful white sandy beaches and gorgeous city.
After coming back countless times thereafter we decided to put our own footprint into paradise. Christina, being an architect and interior designer, meticulously planned Villa Sophia from the ground up with modern German, Californian and Floridian influences.
