Thank you so much, Carey! I'm so glad the pool and pool table were a hit for your family trip, and that the house kept you cool despite the Arizona heat. It was a pleasure staying in touch throughout your visit, and check-in/check-out going smoothly means a lot to hear. Thank you again for the coffee pot and pool toys you left behind — future guests will really appreciate it! Hope to host you and your family again soon.

Dear Nante, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you had a nice and relaxing stay at the property. However, I am truly sorry that the cleanliness of the couch and the leftover food in the oven did not meet expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience. With appreciation, Joseph

The house was great. I would suggest maybe not having the scheduled lawn service come when clients are there. I know they need to get that done early due to weather. It was a little early! I would also suggest having your cleaning company do a more thorough job. Suggest cleaning off the outdoor furniture and cleaning the blinds. The property was pet friendly and accommodating!

Thank you, Shoshana! I'm glad you found the house great and that the pet-friendly setup worked well for you. I appreciate the feedback on the lawn service timing — I've already spoken with the landscaper and adjusted the schedule so it won't disrupt guests during a stay. I've also passed along your notes on the outdoor furniture and blinds to be more thorough on those areas going forward. Thanks for taking the time to share this — it genuinely helps us improve.
