Reconnect with nature. Camp in our furnished tent at a 30-acre organic working farm on forested land in the scenic Hudson Valley. The 10' x 10' tent has a full size mattress; third twin mattress upon request. Fire pit, two-burner camp stove, food-prep work area. Battery-powered USB charger. Bathroom (flush toilet and sink) and outdoor shower (less than a one minute walk). Farm is organic microgreen operation. Tour the site's ancient Native American ceremonial stone cairns and alignment walls. NOTE: No pets; no smoking.

Lovely spot in a beautiful, quiet part of the Hudson Valley. Hosts were friendly and accommodations were comfortable. And always fun to stay at a place with some character - this one built from containers just a few years ago.

While we only spent one night (before dropping our daughter off at college) we had a wonderful stay here. The cute and well-designed structure offered all the amenities you need and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. If you're looking for a nice, quiet retreat in the foothills of the Catskills this is beautiful spot.

The container home was perfect, very spacious and clean for a family of four. We are a shoes off household and I appreciated that they are as well and provided disposable slippers for guests. The grounds are very nice and Michael and Jody are excellent hosts. We all wish we had more time to spend, but do plan to return again in the future.

Micheal was so kind! His wife and him made us feel just like family and shared lots of insights into the history of the land! They even offered us a tour. They even gave us some of their micro greens on our way out! We can’t wait to go back!

Very comfortable and nicely quirky and historic. I chose the property because it was a container house and it was locally owned. The house did not disappoint. Michael is an architect and the interior shows off his 50 years of experience. It had just the amenities I wanted—good coffee making machinery, a seltzer maker, ac, and WiFi. Rooms and beds were very comfy. Art and archaeological info all a nice bonus and then of course, there’s the organic farm. My son and I were guests at a wedding weekend in Olivebridge, and the house was the perfect escape from the festivities when we needed it. Would stay there again and recommend it to others in a heartbeat.

My stay on Michael's farm was spectacular! He is a lovely host, and was so accommodating and considerate. He is extremely knowledgable about the area, and gave suggestions and tips. The entire property is gorgeous and well-maintained. I had made the trip up to explore nearby Woodstock and attend a concert at the historic Levon Helm studio, and I was especially touched that when I returned back in the late evening, there are small garden lights guiding you back safely to the front door of the property! Don't let the shipping container fool you - Michael offers incredible amenities (like an espresso machine and Soda Stream). The entire stay was delightful.

Jody warmly welcomed my husband and I, told us the house rules, offered to show us around the property which is beautiful and gave us a brief history of the property as well. The bed was comfortable, shower water was hot and we were pleased with our stay.

Michael was the best host one could ask for -- extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. The house is super clean, brand new, and up to date. The location and grounds are spectacular. Wow, what a lovely stay in this beautiful, peaceful place! We definitely want to come back again for a longer time. The place was spotless and incredibly well organized. The hosts truly thought of everything you might need to feel comfortable -- right down to the little bottle of local milk in the fridge for morning coffee. The beds were really comfortable. We slept well and awoke to peaceful birdsong. The land around the property is really special. The hosts were generous with their time--giving us a tour of the incredible greenhouse and taking my kids on a walk around the property, showing us special details. They also gave us lots of privacy and space.It was a perfect stay. Great energy in this place. Looking forward to returning!
