Walk to the Plaza - Keeping your good health in mind, we follow AirBnB’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process between guests, every time. In addition, we provide a keypad entry. Step inside more than 2,000 square feet of impeccably clean, in Santa Fe’s Historic District. The living room features a high, coved viga log ceiling; 80-year-old Venetian plaster adobe walls nearly two feet thick; a beautiful, working kiva fireplace; dining table; and plenty of comfortable seating.
In the adjacent den, find the same gorgeous high viga log beams, a second working kiva with Mexican tile accents, and a 65-inch smart TV that streams and provides 185 channels of Xfinity cable, including Showtime. You’ll also find board games, jigsaw puzzles, books about the history of New Mexico and Santa Fe, guides to local hikes and bike trails, driving guidebooks, and maps. The new den sofa pulls out into a high-quality queen bed to accommodate extra guests. A leather-clad room divider rolls into place to keep the den private from the rest of the house as needed.
The large courtyard and deck are all about outdoor living, with generous seating and space for leisurely meals.

The adjacent spacious courtyard and covered deck offer plenty of three-season seating, including a drop-leaf table that seats four to six, where you can savor any treat from morning coffee to dinner right off the grill. Lighting throughout keeps the space welcoming through dessert.
Work space
In case work is on the agenda, the separate office is outfitted with an antique mission oak desk and chair and wireless printer. From dining table to couches, from kitchen to deck, laptop workspaces abound. High-speed Xfinity internet’s strong, reliable signal is boosted throughout the house.
Tech
The house is both old Santa Fe and up to the minute – in addition to the high-speed wifi and smart TV, you’ll find Echo smart speakers that play news and music and give information on command, and you’ll enter the house via keyless lock.
Heating/cooling
Dream Casa Ambrosio stays comfortable through Santa Fe’s four seasons. Double-adobe walls limit the need for either heating or cooling, but when the weather demands it, the house provides modern heat and air systems throughout. The two original wood-burning kivas can warm the body and soul in cold weather, while hacienda screen doors, screened windows, and ceiling fans allow cool air to circulate naturally in warmer seasons.

Amazing home close to everything-- Property was very clean, welcoming and perfect for our family vacation including our dog. Would definitely book again.
Great location, easy walk to center of town and nice, quiet neighborhood. Thoughtful amenities, lovely linens, and a really great outdoor space made this a very enjoyable “home away from home”.
The house was beautiful and perfect for the 5 of us. We loved the little care package left by the host. The instructions for check-in and out were easy to follow. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
Everything about the space was perfect. The hosts thought of every detail so we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay! The location of the home allowed us easy walking access to the Railyard and the square. The layout of the home was perfect for us. We spent much of our down time in the outdoor kitchen and seating area. Thank you for the amazing stay!
Absolutely gorgeous home, very comfortable for 4 adults. The gated patio was a dream, and plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Location is perfect for exploring the city on foot.
Lovely, comfortable, clean home! Many extra amenities. Easy communication with host. Appreciate parking spaces for 3 vehicles. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening.
We loved Dream Casa Abrosio. It’s a sprawling adobe house that is well appointed and furnished. Walkable to central plaza with parks along the way on Alameda. It was dog friendly and is entirely fenced. Private gated parking was a big plus. Host was great at communicating. Highly recommend.
The property is beautiful and well stocked with essentials. The two main bedrooms were great and beds were comfy and easy to regulate heat. The den where one adult slept was hard to regulate heat and the pull out was not comfy. Close to skiing! Excellent property for 4!
Casa Ambrosia is a nice, comfortable stay to be within walking distance to the Railyard and the Plaza. It has a nicely updated main kitchen and also an outdoor kitchen (which we did not use, but looked great). The covered patio is a nice place to sit to eat or visit. The house has a very New Mexico vibe and we enjoyed looking at the artwork throughout. There were also several books on the area and a binder with lots of info including restaurant recommendations (you won’t go wrong with Zaclatan)! The two bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are in a newer section of the house with its own heating and air conditioning, which work great! The living room, den, and kitchen are in the older section, which is very charming. There are several mini-splits to heat/cool these areas. We had a couple of cool nights and the mini-splits provided good heat. We arrived on an 83* day and they did not work for cooling which was challenging because one of our family members was using the den as a bedroom. The rest of the week was mild and we were easily able to cool the house by opening windows in the evenings and early morning hours. We appreciated having a washer/dryer to use. There is just one TV in the house (which we understood from the listing). It is located in the den, which also can be used as a bedroom. So, if you need the den as a bedroom, no one else will be watching much TV, in case that matters to you.
Our entire stay was delightful. The house is magnificent. L shape lay out provided lots of room and privacy. True adobe Santa Fe vibes. Home had top of the line kitchen appliances (very well equipped) and washer/dryer. Plus the outside kitchen that was used often. Bedding A mattress, sheets and pillows were high quality. The home was very clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient to everything. We were sad to leave after 3 weeks of such an enjoyable vacation. We will return.
