Set on 11 scenic acres, EBV offers something for everyone:

Motel-style rooms just steps from the water, where you’ll fall asleep to the sound of calling loons

All guests enjoy access to a private sandy beach, a swim dock, boat slips, grills and picnic areas, and a family-friendly playground. Kids have room to run, and grownups have space to unwind—with plenty of outdoor seating, fire pits, and gathering spots spread throughout the property.
What really sets EBV apart is the sense of community. Unlike other lake rentals that are spread out or isolated, our units are close enough to create a shared experience—where kids make friends, neighbors chat over coffee, and big family cookouts happen naturally.
