*The cute front patio sports a table and some chairs. Here you can take in the morning air and sip your coffee, as well. Not a whole lot of yard space. However lots of parks with playgrounds around. This city, and neighborhood, in particular, is very family friendly.

*Place to store your bike out of rains way

*It's an overall good sized place in an amazing neighborhood.

*WIFi, Satellite Direct TV, too. Free PARKING on the street. Family friendly.

*This unit is the lower street level apartment to another living space upstairs.

MINIMUM WeekEnd Stay NOTE: In the busy/ holiday seasons, we generally require a 3-5 night minimum over the weekends. However, there are many exceptions, based on other booking dates, current availabilities, etc. There's a limitation on how best to advertise here, so I apologize for any inconvenience. Cancellation Policy:

25% retained if cancelled > = 60 days prior to Check in date

50% retained if cancelled > or = 15 days prior to the Check-in date

Accidental damage?

I charge a $69 accidental damage fee of up to $1500. We never anticipate damage, and in 6 years, I've found my guests to feel the same way.

Why Bella 26 : chose Portland

This home is located in an amazing location. It has lots of great amenities with-in and also in the immediate neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Private washer/dryer. Free Street Parking. WIFI. It's easily accessible to the airport, to the culinary center that is it to drink Oregon's great beers, wine, coffee and even home made fruit soda. The grocery store and pharmacy and many businesses are a few short walking blocks away. Super convenient neighborhood to access public transportation or highways to take you downtown or out to the coast or to the Gorge, Wine Country, Hood River, or Multnomah Falls for the day.

What makes this apartment unique

You can walk around and take in Portland or you can sit around and drink a micro brew or a locally roasted coffee.

Its a newer building, and it has all of the things that make a home comfortable: Cool, fun and modern furnishings, a washer/dryer, a few places to drink your coffee/tea, a nice place to relax indoors or right out front on the little patio table. Hang out in the comfortable KING bed and watch a rented DVD, Direct TV Satellite, stream Netflix, Internet via Wi-Fi or take a walk around the amazing neighborhood. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all one big front space, furnished for each activity, while making for a fun interchange among guests while you cook, eater entertain.

Outstanding!

This apt is bright, cheerful and hip. The accomodations are very comfortable and clean with lots of personal touches that make you feel like an honored guest. The owner is very helpful and goes the extra mile to be helpful. We can't wait to return! Just wish we could have stayed longer in this relaxing, charming place. The property is within a block of 5 of the best restaurants in NE Portland and a first-rate coffee shop is just a block away,too. A yoga studio and gym with a modest walk-in fee are also within easy walking distance. It's 10 minutes from the Portland airport and on a bus route. All of this..yet the apt is on a quiet residential street. I highly recommend this great property.

Adorable Condo in Alberta Arts NE

This small but beautifully decorated condo has all the amenities a guest could want. It is decorated with many homey touches in a contemporary style. Huge pluses are the king sized bed and air conditioning in a heat wave in Portland. Having just been in a vacation rental that was awful and not from Homeaway, I really appreciated all the special touches our host provided. Everything was well equipped with many amenities. The Alberta section of Portland is up and coming and now the happening place. Even geezers such as ourselves have fun in the many cafes and restaurants in the area. It won't comfortably fit more than 4 people, but definitely a lovely little place to stay.

This apartment is located a block away from some really nice restaurants and yet it's very quiet in a great neighborhood. We're a family of four with two kids and we were looking for something in this area in particular. We're so glad we found this place. Communication with the owner was easy. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment itself is neatly organized, everything is labeled, and the amenities are excellent.
