IN all seasons except winter, we require a 3-5 NIGHT MINIMUM, if your stay will include a portion of the WEEKEND. That said, there are always exceptions. To keep our standard of quality high, we must enforce 4-5 nights on summer weekends. Feel free to contact me with any questions. My mobile num-ber is on the front page.

We never anticipate damage and, in 6+ years, I've found our guests don’t either.
We occasionally allow small dogs. Please inquire first with your details. ($100 non- refundable fee). We will charge your deposit if you being an unanticipated pet, as they require preparation.
The Gingko GuestHouse is also an owner-managed rental, which means your vacation is personal to us. From the moment you get in touch, we’re there to help. Leveraging years of expertise and experience with hundreds of happy travelers, we do what it takes to make your Portland visit exceptional.
Also, to note, there is a respectful family with twins living above this space. Your apartment is separate and private, and everything you see in the pictures is what you are renting.
There is also Ring doorbell Video cam at the front entrance as an added security measure.
♦♦♦ It’s helpful to know that your total cost will include 25-30% lodging taxes and platform fees, on top of the actual rental cost. When you arrive, however, we don’t have any sales tax here , so everything you eat and drink and purchase will be at face value.

Tucked into a leafy, tree-lined section of NE Portland, the Alberta Arts District is a vibrant arts and foodie paradise – quintessential Portland and a destination unto itself, and yet also easily accessible to downtown, to the Coast and the Gorge, and to the greater Portland area.
Alberta Arts is one of Portland's premier and most coveted neighborhoods: an established and lively district, 15 minutes to downtown, close to everything, and charmingly eclectic. It’s easy to get around on foot, your own car, shared transportation (including Uber), or public transport (3 major bus lines within 3 blocks of the front door).
Here, we’re a city not just of drinkers, but of explorers: in Portland and the Alberta Arts District, in particular, we brew, we ferment (kombucha and cider), we frequent taprooms, we offer growler fill-ups, and we even have family-friendly brewpubs. And, did we mention? We also roast many coffee brands – several within blocks!
