This is a large modern spacious 2 bedroom condo style apartment in the back building off the street on the first floor in prime NW Portland location just 2 blocks from NW 23rd Ave. This 1,180 sq ft 2-bedroom unit both with TVs, located on a quiet, dead end street in the highly desirable alphabet district, has a spacious open floor plan featuring 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, private bathroom, laundry room, and balcony. The full kitchen features granite counters, island for cooking and new appliances including dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living room area features a dining area with table and chairs, queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and closet while the second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and wardrobe closet. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. It has hardwood floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer. This wonderful newer condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own patio for outside dining and entertaining.

This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just two blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown. The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

This place was spectacular. Enjoyed the layout and location. Loved being close to Dragonfly Cafe and lots of restaurants. Host took care with items in litchen, etc. Would stay here again!

What a wonderful place. Communication was great, Becky was always so quick to answer any of my question! The place is So spacious and so roomy and literally could not be any more perfect location! We were very impressed with our stay here, she has thought of everything. We felt safe, check-in was easy, if there is no parking on the street you just park one street over so it’s not a big deal. Stepping stones cafe is a must for breakfast, probably a 3 block walk! Everything is just so close and it’s the perfect home Base for exploring Portland!!!

Had a nice weekend girl's trip to Portland with a lovely stay here and will definitely be coming back. Very clean and quiet, in a great neighborhood. We could walk to everything and didn't have to move the car once we got there. The condo was very clean and cozy, had everything we needed. We even utilized the sofa bed and it was super comfortable. Becky was a great hostess. Definitely recommend!

This Portland rental was light, bright, quiet, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location could not be beat for easy walking access to restaurants, bakeries, and stores. Great Place Fantastic Location

The unit is roomy and very comfortable. And what really sets it apart is it's amazing location within easy walking distance of fun cafes, restaurants, a nice food store, shops, gorgeous neighborhoods and a lovely urban wild with lots of trails.
