was very good if your just crashing for the night and don’t plan on being there during the day.

It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. would stay again. Only downside is during the day the upstairs can be noisy

The house was beautifully decorated within a lovely quiet neighborhood. Parking is not ideal. You have to share single driveway with 3 other tenants . Yes, home is divided into 3 different living quarters. One renter obviously didn’t read the part about designated parking and just parked in the middle of the driveway blocking us out. We had to park on the street which was not a problem but not my first choice. There was also no curtain on the window inside the shower which faces the shared backyard. The AC man who walked by almost saw me in there. Zero privacy in the restroom unless you like people watching you shower.

Great neighborhood, needs updating

The neighborhood is quiet, charming and in a great location. The property fits in with the charm of the neighborhood but needs care. The doorknob to the property was extremely loose, and the curtain rod above the bed in one of the rooms was coming off the wall. The tub seemed old and in need of a deep clean, and one of the towels I pulled was stained. Not worth the price I paid. Would have been better off getting a hotel room.
