LA CASA ATX está totalmente actualizado y amueblado con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia en Austin. Se encuentra a sólo 2 cuadras de Barton Springs y la caminata y la bicicleta Trail y 2 millas al centro.

Este condominio acogedor, está cuidadosamente decoradas con la fotografía de encargo 'AUSTIN' Y ARTE y cuenta con un súper cómoda patio cubierto con bonita vista. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y una ventana gran placa de vidrio. HAY TAMBIÉN un sofá cama en la sala de estar, si necesita más espacio para dormir.

La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Junto con un montón de platos, ollas y sartenes, también ofrecemos GRANOS DE CAFÉ orgánicos locales, amoladora, azúcar, mitad y mitad, y una variedad de tés. HAY aceites base, especias y AÚN un lanzador BRITTA FILTRO. Hay una parrilla justo fuera de la puerta de entrada para SU USO y la parrilla utensilios en la cocina.

EN EL BAÑO SUMINISTRAMOS Whole Foods LOCIÓN MARCA, champú, acondicionador y gel de baño. Si necesita, hay una sala de lavandería gratis sólo la planta baja.

Close to Zilker, great balcony!

We loved the location, we could easily walk to barton springs pool, zilker park, and the restaurants on barton springs as well as south Lamar. The balcony was large with good privacy. Check in was easy and the property was clean. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Condo and Location

Cynthia, Peach, and Jay were wonderful. This was our first trip to Austin and the location of the property was perfect. It was super close to Park, trails, the city, restaurants, and everything in-between. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Austin. Highly recommend!

Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
