Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat in Oakland Park, FL! This single-level house is ideal for families and offers a wide range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. With a well-lit path to the entrance, you'll feel safe and secure from the moment you arrive. Inside, you'll find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. The living room features a cozy sofa and a TV with Netflix streaming for your entertainment. Step outside to the patio area where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine and take a dip in the refreshing pool. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue dinner and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining area. The enclosed yard provides privacy and a safe space for kids to play. Not clean, no face towels, no refill toilet paper, had to buy it as well as paper towel, no basic toiletries provided, pool not clean, pool lights did not work, thermostat kept resetting to 85

Thank you for review. Most of those problems could be fixed very easily, only if you would call me on the phone, and let me know about those problems. Pool is cleaned every Tuesday. Pool lights are being fixed now. Toilet paper would of provided, if you would let me know about it. And thermostat could be rescheduled very easily to any temperature you want

Nice house but cleaning could be better found trash in sofa and under sofa. House was hot!! It was set to 79 when we arrived. I called to ask for AC to be cooler and would not go below 75. At 31 weeks pregnant I was miserable and sick at times due to the house being too hot. Pool was ok. Electric box exposed beside the pool. No dead bolts on doors. A for sale sign was posted in the yard during our stay.

This property and its manager are terrible. Believe all the reviews you see and do not believe the response he will provide- all you needed to do was contact me. Do not rent this property! First the pool is not heated and I was not informed. You need a heated pool in November in FL! We were coming from OH and this was a specific amenity we wanted. Second, I have a video sent to the owner of a problem with the toilet that we could NOT use the entire visit due to noise. The owner was contacted immediately on our arrival and it was never fixed during our visit. So we had one bathroom. Then, similar to other complaints there were no paper towels. I specifically contacted the property prior to our arrival and was told everything would be there; other have noted this in reviews. Finally, I have pictures of the coffee pot with mold in it from it not being cleaned out. I am so disappointed in VRBO for having this property listed. I have asked for a partial refund and to no avail. This is a clear breach of the contract.

Needs work

Never got a check-in email. I did get a call when we were a few hours out giving us the code. When we got to the house around 9pm the code didn’t work so I had to call. The curb appeal isn’t great. Yard needs work or even a lawnmower. No trash bags in the trashcan in the kitchen, no paper towels. None of the bathrooms had any sort of towels or hand soap. There was a bottle of windex in the master shower. No extra toilet paper. The thermostat was set on 88 so it was so hot in the house. We set it to 70 but after 2 hours it went back up to 88. We finally had to disconnect the internet so the air would not go back up. The pool was full off leaves. I asked about it and the manager said they come out on Thursdays. We checked in on Saturday so obviously he didn’t . There was trash under the couch, tons of crumbs between the sewed in cushions. I found a pill on the floor in one bedroom and looked it up and it was hydrocodone. I couldn’t find towels other than a pile of 3 on the dryer that were mismatched. Per the listing, there is plenty of linens in the house. After searching, I found a garbage bag of white towels that smelled horrible. Luckily I brought laundry sheets and washed them. I contacted the manager about extending one day and he told me to Zelle 200 over to avoid vrbo fees. The day after paying, he calls and says someone booked the place on vrbo and he needs us out on our original day (after we already paid!) he gave us 20 for our trouble! Do not recommend!
