4-Bedroom Townhouse in Regal Oaks Community It is Your Dream Vacation Stay. Escape to comfort and convenience in this spacious 4-bedroom townhouse nestled in the heart of the Regal Oaks Community relax on a private screened patio with a luxurious hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Enjoy top-tier resort amenities, including a sparkling pool with two huge waterslides, an Arcade and game room for family fun, an on-site restaurant and pool bar, and Tennis courts for active guests. The Regal Oaks Clubhouse also offers something for everyone, from dining and drinks at The HUB to fitness facilities. Located within walking distance of Old Town Kissimmee, you'll be near popular attractions like the famous Slingshot ride and a wide array of dining and entertainment options. Plus, you’re just minutes away from Disney World!

BBQ Grill Fee $75 per stay. (Please request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival)
Trash Removal Services are 7 days per week.
Please have trash in the bin by 7:00 AM daily (please do not place any trash at the curb).
All trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon kitchen bags, and can’t weigh more than 30 lbs.
Grocery bags are not allowed. Loose trash will not be picked up.
NO Liquids are allowed; please empty all containers and bags properly.
All large and medium-sized cardboard boxes must be flattened and small boxes must be bagged.
Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in.

***For your safety, this home is equipped with outdoor security cameras outside by the front.

We’ve stayed in this complex a few times before but this unit was the best one ever. 4 bed, 3.5 bath, beautifully kept, spacious, close to the clubhouse. We will stay in this unit again anytime visiting Orlando

Perfect House

Chose this house due to location near Disney and a business conference and it was the perfect fit. The house was exactly as described, it was clean upon arrival, all appliances worked, the beds were comfortable. It is in a community that has a clubhouse with a pool table and a nice community pool. Has a private hot tub and outdoor barbecue, which we did not use. I’ve rented a lot of homes for business conferences and I would definitely stay in this home again.

Regal Oaks- Great location with amenities

We had a very nice time! Unit worked very well for our family with small children. No carpet which leads to echo but easier cleaning which is preferred! (Baseboards could use a dusting.) Host was flexible and responsive! Thanks Barbara! We will be back!

Happy with location

Everything was good, but if the king size bed was downstairs also my son and daughter- in- law could have used the upstairs and we elderly could use the downstairs comfortably.
