About this property

I ONLY RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM MEMORIAL DAY UNTIL AUGUST 3. Three day minimum the rest of year.

Condo was updated March 2022. New sleeper sofa, chair, loveseat and bedroom furniture. New linens.

VIP Parking under the tower. No long walks from the parking garage across the street. No looking for a good parking spot near the elevator. You actually park underneath the Tower in the owner's private garage.

No long check-in lines or waits. You will be given a code to access the parking garage and also a code for the condo. When you arrive, go straight to the condo. No keys to keep up with!

Stayed at Calypso before and hated the long waits for an elevator? Not in my condo! Take a left out of my condo and go four doors down and you will be at the stairs. Go down one floor for the pool/beach ground floor. Go down two floors and you are in the underground garage where your car is all nice and cool. Elevators are just around the corner for your convenience. Perfect location!

Beach service included with your rental! ($275 value - includes daily use of two chairs and an umbrella.). FREE WIFI in the condo.

2nd floor condo overlooking the pool with beautiful ocean views. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. Beautiful view of the ocean and the pier.

Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in kitchen. Complete kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice relaxing meal while enjoying the beautiful views. Wine refrigerator.

Sit on the balcony and relax and watch your kids swim below in the pool.

One bedroom with king size bed. Two bunk beds in the hallway enclove. New Queen size sleeper sofa. 2 full baths (one with bath tub/shower and other with standup shower) with granite countertops. Sleeps 6. New Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

Exercise room is located on the same floor as our condo.

Tiki bar between the two pools which serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The pool at our tower is heated in the winter and spring.

Easy walk to Pier Park from our condo or to the pier for a day of fishing.

Tammys condo is in perfection location, no need to use elevators, right next to pier park too! We had a wonderful stay and Tammy was great to work with. Book it!

Excellent! Our new favorite!

We loved everything about this place! Calypso as a whole was a great experience. The property and grounds are well kept, and it’s an easy walk to Pier Park and numerous dining options. The Tiki bar between the pools is an added bonus! The pools are kept clean and are very spacious, we never felt that the pool area was overcrowded, which has been an issue for us elsewhere in the past. The condo itself was immaculate, everything was squeaky clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for any meal you’d want to prepare. The king bed was comfy, and my 10 year old loved the bunks in the hallway. The bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and washcloths for our family of 3 to use all week. The included beach service with chairs and umbrella were awesome, I was so happy to not have to set up my own. There were also 2 nice chairs stowed under the bunk beds if you need extra or if you like some beach time in the evening like we do. All in all, Calypso and this condo are a 10 out of 10, we’ll definitely stay here again. The owner is great to deal with, and even gave us a call to let us know we could check in early since the cleaning crew was done. Thank you Tammy for a great week!

Easy access to attractions

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Calypso. We liked the easy access to our private parking spot and having our own elevator. We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

Beachfront bliss

The location was perfect. Loved the designated parking. So convenient. We were able to walk to dinner most nights. Closest to the beach and having the designated beach chairs and umbrella was perfect! Loved having the low beach chairs to borrow to sit closer to the beach and we really enjoyed the Floridopoly game!! Plenty of room and for the first time ever plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone so I didn’t have to do laundry every day!! I would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our week. The condo, and the location was perfect. I love that I didn’t have to step foot in the elevator. The kitchen is stocked with all the small appliances, cookware and dishes you need. Would definitely stay again.

Best Location

The condo could not be in a better location. 2nd floor is absolutely perfect. You park right under the condo and it's just two, quick floors up to your front door. Easy and hassle free. The condo is super clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and you can walk down one flight of stairs, past the great Tiki Bar and be sitting on the included beach chairs in about 45 seconds. Location is perfect if you're looking for a no hassle vacation. Tammy is great to work with. She is super quick to answer any question you may have. This could not have been an easier, stress free condo rental. You can also walk to everything from restaurants, bars, shopping, pier, etc. I cannot recommend this condo more.

Excellent Location

Parking, being on the beach property also being on the second floor are all amazing features. However, the 3rd party is going around starting at 1:30 pm and picking-up spare umbrellas and beach chairs with a motored golf cart like vehicle and picked up our chairs and umbrellas at 4:45 pm while was so annoying. It is not the property's fault but I am writing so you can manage your expectations also may be it can be addressed. Another minor issue was drawers were sandy inside so we couldn't put any clothes.

Great experience

My family of 6 stayed here at the end of July and it was not to pricey and had a great view even from the 2nd floor. Honestly I loved not having to go up 100 floors to get to our room. We used the stairs mostly. It has a private parking spot and guest parking across the road (not far). We could see the oldest kids from the balcony in the pool. Tammy was very easy going to get ahold of can’t wait to go back and use her! Room was clean and great for a family!

Location was great. Just a short walk to pier park. Checking in and out was also great along with the parking and not having to use the elevator. Pull out sofa could have been a bit cleaner. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager is also very responsive and made sure we were all set.

We loved it!

This is a nice condo with a great view. It is right over the pool, but not a big deal. The owner was very helpful when we had any issues. I would definitely book again. Oh and it's in walking distance of so many restaurants and also Pier Park. Loved the location of Calypso.

Lovely condo in Panama City Beach

Great location convenient for trips to Pier Park. The condo was very pretty and well maintained, easy to talk with property manager about any issues. Lovely beach view, pools were not heated as described. Overall, I would recommend.

Loved staying at this condo as it is so close to Pier Park and lots of restaurants.

The property manager was so great to work with, when we were having trouble with one of the tv’s, she had someone there within 30 minutes to fix it. Loved being able to watch my grandkids in the pool while sitting on 2nd floor balcony.
