This is a 2nd Floor Condo, located at Sangria, a beach front resort on beautiful South Padre Island. Sangria is one of the original properties on the island. It is a small 40 unit complex that is well maintained and beautifully landscaped.

The unit has been recently remodeled and is bright and airy with all the necessities to make you comfortable. Great care has been taken to create a superb beach get away, with all the best amenities and special touches of decor.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that sleeps 4-6. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Cots are available to accommodate additional guests. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table. Free wifi is available in the unit. There is a private patio to enjoy amazing ocean views. You are just steps from the beach, swimming pool and laundry/office.

Linens and towels are in the unit and maid services are available for longer stays. Any questions can be answered by the on site manager who is available during office hours.

I have always enjoyed the beach and sun and have made many visits over the past 20 years to see my mother on the Island, so when a unit in Sangria became available I purchased it immediately. It is a unique and well maintained property located on the beach. I have recently remodeled the unit to make it even more enjoyable.

Love the Sangria!

Our family has stayed at the Sangria for years now, and we love the grounds and beach views. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Our condo has always been clean and has all the supplies that we need. Only minor suggestion I have would be to add a few extra towel hooks in the a family of 4, we were always jockeying for position with where to hang up wet bath towels since there was only 1 small towel rod in each bathroom. Love the Sangria and SPI, and can't wait to come back again next year!

Couldn't ask for a better view or location

This beautiful condo had all the basics and a few extras. The best parts-- the large balcony with view of gulf, just steps from the pool and laundry, central location, and beautiful interior. The worst parts--tiny master bathroom, musty/mildew smell, older mattress and pillows. Would I sacrifice a fancy bathroom for the perfect location? Absolutely!

Great Condo

Great condo! Everything was just as they said on VRBO. We loved the interior décor. The very clean kitchen met all our needs. Well kept property. Nicely decorated. Clean and comfortable funiture. Our group of 6 had plenty of room. Lots of towels. Grounds were well kept. The pool was cleaned every morning. King mattress comfortable. We used the beach chairs in the kitchen closet. They were a very nice extra. All around a great place to stay. We'll come back here again!
