TWO BEDROOMS IN WALKABLE WEST ASHEVILLE
This is an artsy custom build which used to house the owner and his family. Bedroom One on ground floor features a queen bed next to a bathroom. Bedroom Two has a double bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The house also has an office with desk and chair. Kitchen is made for the cook with everything you need to host a party of 6 people. The table has four chairs. The open kitchen/dining/living space has a leather couch, smart tv and Spectrum wireless router. Outside has lots of spaces to hangout and entertain including a backyard tiki bar, a solo stove fire pit, and sun decks. The neighborhood is the real kicker! Located next to a community garden and just down from the Peace Garden you will enjoy community gatherings in a supportive community. Walkable to the best restaurants including Admiral, Sunny Point and the Oyster House. Community Center next door has a large playing field and basketball courts.
