At Octopus Garden, the bedrooms are designed with comfort and convenience in mind, perfect for accommodating your group of up to 15 guests. Here’s the layout:
Main/Upper Level:
1. Primary Bedroom: This spacious room features a King bed and a Twin, offering beautiful Gulf views and an en suite full bathroom for added privacy.
2. Bedroom 2: Perfect for a larger family or group, this room includes a Full-over-Full bunk bed plus an additional Full bed, ensuring ample sleeping space.
3. Bedroom 3: A cozy retreat with a Queen bed, ideal for a relaxing night’s sleep.
4. 2nd Full Bathroom: Located in the hallway, this shared bathroom has a shower (no tub) and serves Bedrooms 2 and 3.
Ground/Lower Level (Separate Entrance):
5. Chaperone’s Quarters (Bedroom 4): This private room has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, perfect for those seeking a little extra space and privacy.
6. Bunk Room (Bedroom 5): Designed with kids or extra guests in mind, this room features 3 Twin-over-Twin bunks (please bring your own bedding for these beds).
Additional Amenities:
• Outdoor Shower: Accessible from the lower enclosed porch, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
