Loma Bella is an amazing retreat in the Canyon Oaks Subdivision. It sleeps 17. It is a four bedroom three and a half bath home with an open concept kitchen and living room for all your large gatherings. The home offers lots of space inside but the jewel of this home is the outside. Loma Bella has a pool with a sitting pool attached (not a hot tub), outdoor fireplace, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and washers. It is a great place to relax at after a day on the river or just a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is free parking for river access close to Seven Bluff Crossing.

Loma Bella was great and we enjoyed our stay. Property has lots of amenities-pool, volleyball net, horseshoes and can accommodate a large group. Great location that is close to everything yet feel’s secluded and private.

This house worked out well with the number of people we had. It’s a beautiful home and had almost everything we needed. The pool was a godsend in the heat and after being on the river. We really enjoyed our stay and when I wanted to extend one more day, the host was more than accommodating. Definitely would stay again!

Frio Family Getaway were excellent hosts! I unknowingly made an error in booking and they went above and beyond in helping to correct it. They were also super responsive to all our needs and questions during our stay. We stayed in the Moon River Home and it was even better than imagined - spacious, clean, and gorgeous. The yard was huge with plenty of parking and lots of backyard activities. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and not too deep. It was great having parking access by the Frio river. All beds were queen sized, with no bunkbeds, which made room assignments even easier than ever. Overall, the entire family had a relaxing weekend, loved the home, and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this home and any Rio Family Getaway rental to anyone.

Outstanding experience! The place was clean and beautiful! The host was excellent from the moment we booked! The home was very spacious and comfortable, the outside area was perfect with plenty to do! We played basketball, volleyball, horseshoe and to top it off the pool was clean and big enough for the entire family! Definitely coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean for the most part. If we needed anything they were there for us. Pool was clean and the outside area was great except there was a red wasp nest somewhere because they were flying around a lot. No one got stung. Overall good time.
