We had a lovely stay! The home was clean and well stocked, and the location was great. We really enjoyed our time here, thank you for sharing your home with us.
This place was great for us, 2 couples. It is a split level, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed. It was fairly close to Hatchers Pass and Independence Mine. Very cool to see. Highly recommend all of it!!
This cabin was everything we expected Clean quiet and beautiful will definitely rent this again. The hosts were very responsive and attended to whatever needs were needed which weren’t much would definitely stay again.
Immaculately clean, large home for our family of 4. Well furnished and a great deck for enjoying your morning coffee. Close to amazing hikes in Hatcher Pass. Would rent again!
This is a great little property with everything you need! Very quiet and very clean. Communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this location. While the outside appears simple when you pull up to it, it it very nice inside and decorated very well for your comfort and coziness.
This is a beautiful cabin conveniently located between Palmer and Wasilla. It was GREAT for us two couples as we each had our own bedroom & bathroom. An added bonus was the washer and dryer because we had been on the road across Alaska for a bit already and needed to "freshen up" quite a bit. This cabin had all the other amenities we needed to make this a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The cabin was extremely clean with modern appliances and furniture throughout. The host, Dan, was wonderful with keeping in communication with me, starting way back in December of 2025 when I made the reservation. This removed any nervousness I made have experienced otherwise. All in all, this was a marvelous rental experience for us and we will not hesitate to recommend it to some of our friends who contemplating an Alaskan trip just like the one we just finished. Thank you Dan and VRBO!
House was beautiful, clean and perfect! Alittle far for the drive to Talkeetna, but we made it work. Enjoyed the scenery on the drive. Would def stay again!!
This is a wonderful place to stay. It was perfect for our family’s needs. It was clean, well-kept and extremely comfortable. The host communicated well. I would HIGHLY recommend!!
Stopped here for an evening between Homer and Palmer to help break up the drive and we were happy we did. The couch/living room is HUGE and the entire family could hang out and relax comfortably. The rooms were nice and the kitchen was well provisioned including spices and coffee . . . even had oatmeal options which was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our one night stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. Although we didn't get to enjoy the stay as much as we would have liked because we were just passing through on the way to our next destination, I would highly recommend this propety. It was very up to date and well maintained. We did take advantage of the kitchen area which provided coffee for our next morning departure. Very impressed.
This property was great! Smooth check in process and Dan responded with any questions. House was in a great location and not far from Hatcher Pass. Property had everything you would need. We would definitely stay at this location again and we come to Alaska twice a year.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It has such a warm, welcoming feel that we found ourselves talking about how easy it would be to picture living here. In fact, we even noticed it was for sale and joked about how we could see ourselves calling it home! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay easy and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay.
