The place is located in beautiful comunity, super close to jobos beach, restaurants and places to go. Everything in the property was wonderfull, you just have to bring your food and stuff and voila! Perfect stay!

The house was well cleaned and well maintained. The location is exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect! The community was gated so I was able to allow my kids to explore. The owner was very communicative. He checked up on us which I appreciated. Ample of towels left, though an extra thick blanket or share bedsheets would be great. Pool was clean and didn't have too many people for how large is the community.

From the time of arrival at the property gate, this was an “easy” trip. Access instructions were perfect and the security ( the woman) at the gate was super helpful. The property itself was actually bigger than I imagined as there were just two of us. Clean, quiet, and very relaxing atmosphere. The beach directly behind the property was clean and provided a wonderful retreat from the more crowded nearby Jobos beach ( which I also enjoyed). View from the balcony overlooks the zero-entry pool.Communications with the hosts were clear. Checkout was a breeze with no overly cumbersome requirements. Basically, turn off the lights, lock the doors, and take out the trash.I would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit and good location. I’d stay there again.

The apts. are in a good location and have good security. Felt extremely safe. Grounds are well kept. Just minutes away from Jobos, a great surf spot and place to swim, snorkel and just relax.

Basic stay on the beach

Simple accommodation located on the beach. Water pressure was lacking, a typical issue in this area, and no hot water in kitchen for cleaning dishes. Responsive host and secure location.

Beautiful!

The apartment is beautifully kept, very spacious and steps from the ocean. The complex is also very nicely maintained. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool due to COVID restrictions and a misunderstanding regarding pool time booking but the pool looked really nice too. Communication with the property manager was very easy as well. Look forward to an opportunity to return in our next visit to the area.

Great, clean space with beautiful view! Shower head in master bath not great-drizzled at times and kitchen equipment/dishes lacks a lot. I left simple recommendations that I hope helps. I would love to return.

Excellent View and Great Accommodations

We stayed here for 10 days while on vacation, the view was excellent and the apartment was very nice. There was a few small problems, the hot water needed to done with small pressure to get it hot and then you could turn it on and there was a power outage in the entire apartment complex. The managers if the apartments was responsive and took immediate action. The Apartment was great for what we needed. I will definitely use this service again. Thanks for the hospitality.
