Welcome to Dresser Point, a lakefront retreat in A Pocono Country Place! Recently renovated and thoughtfully designed with a focus on comfort and style, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is ideal for family gatherings or relaxing getaways. With breathtaking lake views and direct lake access, enjoy the peaceful surroundings or take a kayak out on the water.



Inside, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen and living space with a large dining area and a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace. Step out onto the expansive balcony to grill or enjoy morning coffee with serene water views. The game room is perfect for entertainment with a pool table, arcade games, and comfortable seating. Air conditioners in all bedrooms and living room.



Please note the lot next door is clear of trees and a home is planned for construction in 2026. It is slightly different than the current photos.



DOCK & KAYAKS

Your stay includes exclusive use of the dock, 3 kayaks, 1 stand up paddle board, and 1 child's kayak. Unwind by the firepit in the evening and make s'mores under the stars!



ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES

The home is equipped with 2 WiFi-connected Smart TVs, blazing fast 250+ Mgbs WiFi, and a game room featuring a pool table and a classic Pacman arcade machine. Please note the game room is in a converted garage. We provide a drip coffee maker, an espresso machine, an outdoor grill, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.



We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean with everything you should need to unwind and relax. We will send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide, including pictures of everything included in the kitchen. We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings.



COMMUNITY FEATURES

Located in A Pocono Country Place, which offers seasonal amenities, including beach and pool access, available for an additional $12 per day per person. This fee grants paying guests access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, paddle boats, and canoes provided by the community. Additionally, there are tennis courts, a basketball court, and a soccer field within the community for those looking to stay active and get some exercise!



Please note that this property is located in a community that requires guest registration. To meet this requirement, all required documentation must be submitted no later than four days before check-in. If the documentation is not provided on time, a $100 late fee will be charged to the guests.



Upon arrival all guests are required to complete a registration form for security and emergency purposes as our property is situated in a private gated community. The guest registration form will request the full names and ages of each guest in your party, as well as vehicle and driver information, including the license ID number of the main registrant and the plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Please ensure that the names on the submitted forms match the legal ID of the person driving.

HOUSE RULES

Please keep noise levels reasonable, especially outdoors. We want to maintain a serene environment for all guests and respect our neighbors.

Minimum age requirement is 25 years old for non-family groups.

Maximum of 12 guests.

Parking limited to 5 cars; no RVs or trailers.

Rental agreements required for stay.

Gated community will only allow entry with PRINTED vehicle registration and valid driver's license. No digital versions or photocopies.

Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.



We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.

We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.

Guests let themselves in via a Smart Lock and have no owner interaction (but we are always available via a text or call!)
