Cozy & convenient with easy access to sking & great restaurants in Frisco

Surrounded by pine and aspen trees at the quiet, west end of town, a few steps off Main Street, this sunny, south facing, beautiful condo is only blocks from the heart of downtown Frisco - an easy walk to dinner, shops and music. It is adjacent to Ten Mile Creek and just steps away from the Free Summit Stage bus stop, a 10 minute trip to Copper Mountain.

The 950 square foot condo is cozy and tastefully decorated, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 4 adults comfortably.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, very large closet with plenty of hooks and shelves, and a private full bath. Sliding glass doors take you out to the deck with adirondack chairs and a gas grill. The deck has views of Mount Royal. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and large closet with easy access to the second full bath.

The main living area has leather furniture, HD TV, Sony Sound system, Blu-Ray player, wifi and gas fireplace. Listen to music from your smart phone or Pandora using the excellent sound system. The new dining room furniture was handcrafted by a local woodworker using pine beetle-kill.

The entry way has a bench, hooks and shelving for easy storage of gear. The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. There is a coffee grinder, cusinart coffee maker and espresso machine for coffee lovers. A washer and dryer in the unit adds to your convenience.

This condo is perfect for a romantic getaway. The radiant floor heat and gas fireplace will keep you warm on cold winter nights.

The Lodge at Riverbend is on a private road, within easy walking distance to trails and downtown Frisco. There is a reserved underground parking spot as well as a locked storage area for your skis or bikes. There is an additional reserved parking spot outside.

The unit is one flight up and there is an elevator for easy transport of gear. This is a non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets!

A large outdoor, covered hot tub is just one flight up. Since the building only has 17 units, chances are you will have it to yourselves!

A pathway behind the building leads to Ten Mile Creek where you can sit on a bench and watch the creek go by. The Rec Path is a block way for easy access to hiking and biking. Just minutes away is the transportation center where a free shuttle will take you to Breckenridge (8 miles), Keystone (13 miles) or A Basin (17 miles). Very easy access to I-70. Whole Foods and Safeway in Frisco are only 5 minutes away.

Sorry, no long term rentals in the peak seasons.

Why Gerri Walsh chose Northwest

We bought this condo because we wanted to be close to the town of Frisco and the rec path. We ski Copper and it is steps away from the free Summit Stage - and the last stop in Frisco. In only 10 minutes, you are at Center Village at Copper. Single track mountain biking and hiking is right outside our door as well as great road riding. We wanted a quiet location in a newer building and this was perfect for us.

Ten Mile Creek access from back of building. Recreation path one block away. 1/2 block to free shuttle (Summit Stage) to 4 ski areas (Copper is only 10 minutes away). Cycling (road and mountain), hiking, shopping, many shops & restaurants in walking distance.

5 years renting this condo and never disappointed. Working with owner is great. The condo is clean and in a great location. Has all the amenities of home with the added luxury of a hot tub. We will continue to rent as long as the owner will have us.

It was a great vacation! Accommodations were comfortable and convenient. I would only recommend any security deposit to be placed on a credit card be placed on it the day of arrival through the final day, and no sooner. Thank you!

The Perfect Ski Getaway Lodging

If you desire extremely comfortable lodging close to great dining and free public transportation to the ski slopes with no hassle of parking and covered parking for your personal vehicle, this place is for you. We love this unit. We have been skiing in these mountains for over 30 years. This unit offers everything we desire in a ski vacation. We are returning guests.

Well Appointed Condo

We had a great time and were very comfortable in Gerri's condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was no surprise that in the guestbook, we found that many people are returning guests. A lovely skiing basecamp, we'll look forward to when we might come back.

Nice condo for a ski getaway.

This condo was just right. We slept well on queen size beds with great mattresses. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and dining. The living room was perfect to hang out in and relax watching a movie after a day on the slopes and a soak in the hot tub.
