Enchanting Morrison Home with Views and Wifi
Enjoy the breathtaking views in every direction. This home features 3 bedrooms along with 3.5 bathrooms. When you first enter this cabin-inspired modern home, you will be surrounded by a spacious and gorgeous open-concept living area; featuring high-vaulted ceilings, large windows that allow plenty of light and views, and a natural stone hand-crafted wood-burning fireplace. The recently renovated kitchen is complete with gourmet high-end appliances and plenty of counter space for your cooking convenience, as well as a large island. After dining and festivities, located in the basement there is an in-home theatre for your entertainment and use of a movie theater experience. Spacious, serene decks on the front and back of the home offer the perfect areas for entertaining, as well as simple relaxing and scenery viewing. Aspen, pine, and other flora will accompany your senses during your stay, you may never want to leave! All bedrooms in this home will have plenty of space for you and your loved ones. The primary suite is complete with a jetted tub for your relaxation needs after a long day enjoying the many hiking trails, climbing routes, skiing, and concerts the area has to offer. There are even nearby locations for any fly-fishing, and plenty of restaurants to check out! A King Soopers grocery store is also conveniently under 15 minutes away for any of your needs. Situated not too far from the exciting amenities of Denver, but just enough out of the way of the hustle and bustle to get back in touch with nature. When you return from your excursions, there is a three-car garage attached to the home for your convenience. We guarantee you a beautiful and amazing stay in our home, and hope you return!

Upper level: Bedroom has a King bed and Queen bunk beds. Upper level: Bedroom has a King bed and Queen bunk beds. Upper level: Shared Full bathroom with tub shower combination. Lower level: Full bathroom with tub shower combination. This home sleeps 10, but please make sure the bed configuration works for your guests.
Cooling System: Please note that this property does NOT have Air Conditioning.
Safety Features: Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors, Deadbolts, Exterior Security Cameras, Secure Back deck. No Smoking on the premises at ALL.
Transportation: Paved road and the driveway to the house are plowed when it snows 6 inches or more. However, a 4 wheel drive car is required for winter rental guests (October-May). Snow plowing times are not guaranteed and are not controlled by the Management Company.
Events: NO Events are allowed at this home due to the HOA rules.
Booking (Rental Agreement and Driver's License): A rental agreement will be sent to you after your booking has been reviewed. Your booking can be cancelled at anytime due to none payment, dates overlapping with another guest that were not listed on VRBO's calendar or if the Rental Agreement, Broker Disclosure, and copy of your Driver's License has been received or singed. Signed agreements must be completed and a copy of your Driver's License must be received before access will be granted. *Please note- Signing a Rental Agreement and providing a copy of your Driver's License is our office policy and it must be completed in order to receive access to the home. If Agreement is not signed, or a copy of your Driver's license has not been received access WILL NOT be granted, a refund will not be given. *

Amazing home with beautiful views. Very clean, well stocked with amenities. Long way up, but worth the ride! Highly recommend for a quiet getaway, we did need Rocks which was awesome.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The conditions you described—such as the presence of pests, leftover food, and missing toiletries—are far below the standards we strive to uphold, and we take such concerns very seriously.
I would like to clarify a few points. When you initially reached out regarding bugs on the floor, I responded promptly and offered to send a member of our cleaning staff to address the issue, but I did not receive a follow-up response. Additionally, no mention was made during your stay about maggots or leftover food in the fridge, which unfortunately meant we were not given the opportunity to address and resolve these concerns at the time.
Regarding the toiletries, please note that all bathrooms are equipped with built-in hand soap dispensers located next to the faucets, and these were freshly refilled prior to your arrival.
We certainly understand how frustrating this experience must have been. That said, we always encourage guests to communicate concerns in real time, so we can address them promptly and ensure a more comfortable stay. While we regret that we were not given the chance to make things right during your visit, we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.
