Breathe in the fresh Colorado air on the wrap-around deck and in the backyard, enjoy an open-concept layout inside, and find plenty of warmth in the gas heating stove.

What's nearby:
This home sits right next door to the Pagosa Springs Golf Club and Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, providing you with no shortage of things to do in the neighborhood. You'll also be near shopping and dining off of San Juan Street. Downtown Pagosa Springs is four miles away, offering fishing in the San Juan River, shops, restaurants, and famous hot springs for relaxing soaks. Wolf Creek Ski Area is 37 miles away for wintertime guests looking to hit the slopes.

Great spot to stay
