La Malibu House è una novità nel mercato delle case vacanza. Rifatto amorevolmente dai nuovi proprietari. C'è una piscina riscaldata. Un sacco di spazio per mangiare all'aperto e tonnellate di sedie a sdraio migliorano l'esperienza tropicale. Dotato di un grill a gas per cucinare all'aperto e mangiare per 10 persone. 3 Bellissimi bagni nuovi con grandi docce. Tutto nuovo! Questa bellissima casa si trova in un'ottima posizione. Meno di 10 minuti dalla famosa Hollywood Beach e Boardwalk. Ogni camera ha una nuova TV a schermo piatto ad alta definizione e il soggiorno ha una smart TV da 55 "e molti comodi posti a sedere. Goditi tutto ciò che la Florida del sud ha da offrire in questa fantastica casa per le vacanze. Cucina favolosa fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare e cenare. Oppure vai in uno dei nostri fantastici ristoranti locali. Hollywood Boardwalk ha miglia di lungomare che passeggiano con musica dal vivo ogni sera in uno dei bar e ristoranti locali. Margaritaville ha creato un resort pubblico con musica notturna nella Band Shell proprio sulla spiaggia. Hollywood ha davvero tutto.

Sadly we cannot give a good review. Washer was broken

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Flooding, cockroaches, rats, mold everywhere. Pictures look nice but the place is a mess. Pots and pans outdated and unuseable. Our other family members refused to stay.

Overall a great stay. Location with excellent! Nearby lots of things to do/eat. When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working properly. We were able to call the after hours number and a ac service company arrived promptly and fixed the HVAC unit. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were just okay for my own comfort but we had plenty of room. Definitely enjoyed the pool. A relaxed vacation to say the least!

Our 5-day stay at Casa Malibu was very pleasant. My wife and I, and our three adult children had a restful time. Casa Malibu is located at a quiet neighborhood in Hollywood, with great surroundings to go for a walk/run or to cycle. There is also a nearby public park where we played Pickleball. Hollywood beach is at a 7 minute drive. All bedrooms were very comfortable, with king/queen beds. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed for the few meals we prepared at the house.We found a few cosmetic issues that the administration should address, but nothing substantive. Overall, I recommend this place.

Spectacular

We had the BEST time at this location!! Close to everything, clean property, plenty of space. It was me, my husband and our 3 kids….ages 20, 17 and 11 with our little dog. LOVED it. Definitely would stay here again!!

Would not recommend to future guests per the description on the website.

Pool was not usable when we arrived as water level too low and full of leaves. When I called I was told someone would be out ASAP. When I asked if that meant 2 hours or two days the person hung up on me and never called back. We arrived on a Sunday and the pool guy arrived out on Wednesday to take care of the problem. The bathrooms were extremely tiny and the floor in one was filthy. All the glass showers had dried water marks meaning they had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The televisions were all smart T.V. And we were unable to get live T V with the result we were unable to watch any T V during our stay.. when we arrived the internet was not working and had to call and have someone come to take care of that problem, that is when we were told we would not be able to get live T.V.. I could go on but I hope you get the picture.. I would definitely not recommend this property.

We (6 adults and a 2 year old) stayed at Casa Malibu in February 2025. The property was as described. We found it well maintained albeit a bit dated. The property manager was accessible, responsive and courteous. We enjoyed the Miami Zoo, Hollywood Boardwalk, Yellow Green Farmers Market and the on-site private pool. We would recommend this property to other families.

Holiday stay

The home was very roomy. We especially loved the three full bathrooms and the multiple televisions. The house is a bit outdated and could use some repairs. We would also suggest the owner provide microwavable dishes so we could re heat food. However, the owner was extremely responsive and timely addressed all our issues.

Hollywood home

This was are first ever stay in a home rental. We enjoyed are home away from home. House was well kept and clean. Pool was well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Rather disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the cooking appliances and dishes / pots were quite dirty on arrival, so we had to clean them after our arrival. Additionally there was mold in the bathrooms. Most of the furniture was very worn down and should be replaced immediately.On our last day the toilet was clogged and we tried to reach someone from Valgal. No one answered our calls at around 4 PM on a Friday, which was a no go.Overall the stay was rather disappointing.

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointed with this property, right from the start of the booking we requested the pool heat as one of our party required a warm pool to help exercise a previous injury, we agreed to the additional cost, on arrival we noted the pool reading on the heater, the next morning it had dropped in temp, after realising there was no heat, we contacted the Valgal who promptly sent Chris round, he confirmed that the heater was not working, the owner was informed that the heater was faulty but could be replaced that afternoon, he declined to repair, other faults were the washing machine did not work correctly, it washed but did not drain, the Tv in the main lounge could only be used for streaming no free channels.Veronica and Chris from Valgal were fantastic, they acted immediately and offered an alternative property and moved us out, there is no hot tub that has become the pools fountain, owners have a responsibility to the agent to make sure that the property meets the standard advertised, it was unfair the owner putting Valgal in this position.I will defiantly rent from Valgal again just not this property, there service was first class shame about the owner.

Excellent Location

This home was the perfect location for our visit to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area. The floor plan was ideal for our party of 6. The home needs some repairs and improvements however it fit the needs of our trip. We had an issue with the cooling system but property management answered very promptly and the issue was resolved.

I know it’s clean, plenty of space for eight . short distance to the beach. You need to have your own beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

So if your are planning to stay here take bugspray, or be prepared to stay inside. And we were also mistaken that some channels were avaible on the tv, but no, you do have the possibility to log in with your Netflix account etc. because it have smart tvs. be awere..

Great Old Florida home.

Great old Florida home. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Kitchen was great. Definitely some wear and tear noticed on the property. Good location. Communication with the concierge is delayed but they are responsive. We spent a lot of time in the house due to flash flooding. We were safe and dry. Would stay there again.
