We allow pets, but there is a $35/night per pet fee, which we will request separately. Absolutely no cats.

Absolutely no events, weddings, or parties without approval. We do have an exterior camera on the front and back of our house for our guests' safety.

If you’re planning to have an event during your stay, it’s important to get approval from us before booking. We’ll need to know the number of guests and cars, and there will be an additional event fee.
