Attractive beach house with several units available. This is a smaller, two bedroom, one bath second floor unit #3 with two queen size beds. Windows overlook an upstairs sun deck and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps up to 4 adults. All units have telephone with unlimited free local and long distance calling, individually controlled air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and cook top. The building has three deck areas which are commonly enjoyed by all the tenants occupying the building. A laundry area with free washer and dryer are available. Comfortable patio lounge chairs and a number of chairs are provided which can be taken down to the beach.

We mainly live in Orlando although we are out to the beach almost every week. We have the phone on 24/7 and respond quickly to any question, need, or problem

Our rooms beds, baths, kitchens, and living spaces are all kept up for your pleasure and enjoyment.
What makes this property unique
Our house was built in the 1930's and grandfathered in as 5 units in the 1960’s. We are constantly updating and beautifying the property, as it is our future permanent residence, when we move full time to our favorite place in the world - New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
