2BR Direct Beach Ocean Front. Walk to Flagler!

Attractive beach house with several units available. This is a smaller, two bedroom, one bath second floor unit #3 with two queen size beds. Windows overlook an upstairs sun deck and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps up to 4 adults. All units have telephone with unlimited free local and long distance calling, individually controlled air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and cook top. The building has three deck areas which are commonly enjoyed by all the tenants occupying the building. A laundry area with free washer and dryer are available. Comfortable patio lounge chairs and a number of chairs are provided which can be taken down to the beach.

Great location just a few blocks from Flagler Ave just a quick 10 minute walk down the beach or Atlantic Ave. Enjoyed the view and decks overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!!!

Perfect spot to stay for surf competition! The unit was sparkling clean and suited our needs perfectly! We walked to Flagler for dinner and breakfast each day! Looking forward to our next visit!

Clean and right on the beach

Quiet, convenient to many restaurants. Walk right from the deck onto the sand. Unit was very clean and NO carpet was wonderful. Bedding was comfortable and it was nice to have free access to a washer and dryer downstairs. The only negative is that if you and your family enjoy cooking together this may not be your place as there are limited pots/pans in the kitchen.

Great place! Beach access is second to none (right out the back door), and only a short walk to Flagler. Travel to Daytona International Speedway is quick and easy. Even saw a rocket launch on our last night.

Great beach views and short walk to shops

This is a nice beachfront apartment with comfortable beds and a coffee maker. We enjoyed the deck area and the closeness of the beach. Would love to come again someday.

Great place close to the beach

The apt was as advertised. It was so close to the beach and it’s a great stretch of beach. Would recommend this for sure. Appointed with the basics and had very comfortable beds. Was quite at night.

Awesome location

This is a great property. Communication with owner was top-notch. It is right on the beach, so it was super easy with kids. Nice furniture on all patios. Grills were clean. The only complaint I have is that the pull out sofa would not extend, so my two girls had to sleep on the sofa head-to-toe. Someone did try to come look at it around 9:30 the next morning , but I had to explain that my girls were still sleeping. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Everyone who was renting a unit there was very kind.

What makes this property unique

Our house was built in the 1930's and grandfathered in as 5 units in the 1960’s. We are constantly updating and beautifying the property, as it is our future permanent residence, when we move full time to our favorite place in the world - New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
We offer short term rentals most months with longer stays required Feb and March.
Holidays have a 3 night min stay requirement
