The cabin is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, stocked with everything you need—from linens to a trusty spatula for flipping those perfect scrambled eggs in the morning.

Guests have full access to all areas of the property, with the exception of the basements and the walk-in closets in the primary bedrooms. For your convenience, a dresser is provided to accommodate your belongings.

Guests from both cabins can enjoy the shared game room in the breezeway, which connects the decks of each cabin—a great space to relax and socialize!

House Rules

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and properly disposed of.

Pets
Pets must be approved in advance. A $50 non-refundable pet fee is required. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
If you would like to bring more than 2 pets, please email us for approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive hair cleaning.

Guest Limit
The maximum number of guests allowed at the property is 25. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance.

Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and other guests.

Washer & Dryer Use
If you use the washer and dryer, please remove lint from the dryer filter after each use. Do not wash heavily soiled items that may damage the machines or create issues for future guests.

Use of Amenities
Please treat the property, furniture, and amenities with care and respect. Lost, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges.

Towels & Linens
Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to spend time at the lake. Towels and linens provided in the home may not be taken off the property.
