It was a lovely home, but definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sprayed for bugs. We had to fight ants in the kitchen and bathroom. There were spiderwebs all over the house, and we had to clean them from the ceilings and light fixtures before we could eat dinner at the table. I was stung by two separate bees. It would have been good to know so that we could have brought supplies, benadryl, etc. It’s a beautiful property and a lovely landscape, but you should also plan to bring pool floats, umbrellas, towels, etc if you plan to spend time in the pool. Be aware of wildlife (we had visits from coyotes and raccoons, which was very cool).
