This second floor unit (C201) is a two bedroom, two bath condo that sleeps six (6) and has a fully equipped kitchen. This end unit overlooks the lush tropical garden and pool area. The property has a heated pool, whirlpool spa, lighted tennis courts, shuffle board and basketball on site with many local attractions just minutes from your front door. Amenities include: WiFi, cable TV/DVR, laundry facilities on property, air conditioning, sundeck, poolside barbecue grills, water sport equipment rentals, beach chair/umbrella rentals and golf nearby. Master bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds with shared full bath. There is also a full size pull-out in the main room. Available 12/21/24 - 12/28/24. Full week only rental. Rent for the week is $2,700. Cross street: Spruce Ct.
