Welcome to Sweet Reward, a charming and beautifully updated 2-bedroom townhome located in the peaceful Canal Run community in the heart of Gulf Shores’ popular Waterway Village district. Located directly along the Intracoastal Waterway beneath the Gulf Shores Bridge, Waterway Village offers easy access to the beach and some of the area’s best attractions. Nearby local favorites include Tacky Jacks, Acme Oyster House, and The Sloop, while additional points of interest include the public boat launch, festival plaza, Big Beach Brewing Company, and the upcoming pedestrian bridge connecting guests to LuLu’s, The Track Amusement Park, and more exciting destinations.

Inside Sweet Reward, you’ll find a fresh, clean, and cozy coastal retreat with numerous recent upgrades, including new flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinetry, remodeled bathrooms, updated furnishings, and fresh paint throughout. The main level features a comfortable living area, convenient half bath, full-size washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for family meals and vacation snacks. Step outside to the private patio just off the kitchen and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while soaking up the Gulf Coast sunshine.

Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes two queen beds, making this home ideal for families or small groups. A full bathroom is conveniently located upstairs between the bedrooms.

Guests will also enjoy access to the community charcoal grilling area, complete with seating overlooking the Intracoastal Canal — the perfect spot to relax and watch boats pass by. Another great perk is free parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Pet Information:
This home is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval only. If booking online or through a third-party site such as Airbnb or VRBO, guests must contact us after booking for pet approval. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies for up to 2 dogs and will be added once approved. Please note the pet fee does not cover damages, and any damage caused by pets will be charged separately.

Additional Information:

- All televisions are streaming only. There is no cable or satellite service provided. Guests must log into their own streaming accounts and remember to log out before departure.
- Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are occasionally left behind by previous guests and may be available if clean and in good condition. Additional beach gear can easily be purchased locally or rented seasonally at nearby beach access points.
- Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A detailed list of included items and suggested packing recommendations will be emailed after booking.
- Administrative and credit card processing fees are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.
