Welcome to Seaward Breeze, located in the beautiful community of Terramar Beach. The back porch located on the main living floor of the home offers amazing views of the West Bay. While the patio located on the top floor of the home offers a nice quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee. With plenty of seating options on the main front deck of the home for family to gather around after a long day at the beach that is located only 2 minutes driving distance from the home. This home has a full kitchen including a dishwasher, two options for brewing coffee, a microwave, full refrigerator with a freezer, glass top stove with a spacious oven. There is plenty of counter space and while there is a dining table available, this home also has a great built in island for additional seating options. Not to mention there is a highchair available for the little person in the family. You will feel right at home with two full bathrooms available, one located on each floor of the living space. If you are needing to connect to the wifi, this home comes equipped with access to do so. You will also find the stackable washer/ dryer located in the hallway of the main living floor, and in the closet across from that some extra chairs! In this closet you will also find a baby gate if one is needed. When you need to have some time alone to unwind you will find that 3 out 4 bedrooms have a TV so no need to fuss about who gets the remote, and if you want to all grab a spot on the big comfy couch in the living room there is a large TV for family viewing. On ground level there is a backyard that is fully fenced in, plenty of room to send the kids out enjoy the feel of the sun if they didn't get enough at the beach. We hope you enjoy your stay! Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
