Great stay in Albuquerque

This was our first try at being snowbirds and our first time using VRBO. It was a very good experience. The property's amenities were great and as advertised. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were in one part of the rental while the other two bedrooms and bathroom were in the other part by the kitchen. The second bathroom was connected to one of the bedrooms creating a second ensuite. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was an outside area with a pergola, table, and chairs. In addition, the rental was behind a security fence, there was a garage available and a carport. The property is located just a couple blocks from a park that connects to miles of multiuse trails. We only had one reason to contact the owner, and she replied quickly and solved the problem.

Great stay in the North Valley

The guest house was great. The property is beautiful and the owners put a lot of thought into making it a vacation rental. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable and linens and towels were hotel quality. One of the better VRBO rentals we've stayed in.

Beautiful property

We did not get to enjoy this beautiful home nearly long enough. We were just traveling though on a short overnight. This home is well kept, clean with lovely landscaping.. It has a well stocked kitchen and very comfy beds. The house is in a great location, feels remote but is very close and convenient to everything one might need in town. Excellent communication with owner. She made the process very simple. I would love to stay again with time to explore.

Perfect! More than expected

The property was ideal since it had a courtyard with a pergola where early risers could be in their own space outside having coffee and others could be asleep inside without any disturbance. There’s a walking/ biking trail (Bachechi Nature Center) one house away. Very Nice! The rooms are of ample size and nicely appointed. We really enjoyed staying here!

A great stop in Albuquerque

Twice a year we drive x-country with our two small dogs. We wanted to try something other than a “pet friendly hotel” and selected Melissa’s guest house as our first VRBO experience. We are so happy we did!! What a lovely , private, and secure place this is! Very nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout and very clean!! Was a cozy and relaxing end to our four day journey. Our dogs loved the outdoor space and the room to roam indoors, too. We’ve already told our friends about it and plan to make it our go-to stop in Albuquerque. Melissa was great to work with and highly responsive, as well. Thanks for a short but sweet stay, Melissa!!

Fabulous week in Albuquerque, NM

Wonderful guest house next to the owner's home in Los Ranchos. Close to recreation, shopping, restaurants. The owners were more than accommodating, and replaced the coffee pot when it broke on our 2nd day. We loved it, and would definitely stay again when we need a that sleeps six.

Our family group of 3 couples really enjoyed our time together at this guest house. Lovely property, walking close to Rio Grand Pathways and lovely Bachechi park. We cooked dinner in using the grill outside and had a great meal. Thanks for the coffee, tea and condiments. Made it easy to make breakfasts and two dinners. Beds are comfy, space is generous and worked well for all of us. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Melissa is a wonderful hostess and if when needed is johnnie on the spot. When visiting New Mexico will always try to stay at the Alameda House!
