About Melissa Cole

Tyler and I were both raised in Albuquerque. We love the North Valley's charm and hope you will enjoy it too!

Melissa Cole purchased this house in 2010

Why Melissa Cole chose Alamedan Valley

This property has the feel of being in the country but is minutes away from the westside's 'metro-plex' which is the city's largest retail district with a mall, dozens of restaurants, and major departments stores such as Costco, Kohls, Walmart, etc.

What makes this house unique

The rural feel of the valley, access to numerous biking and walking trails, convenient location to restaurants and luxurious accommodations makes this destination your best choice.

Flying High at the Alameda House

  • 5 of 5

The Albuquerque balloon fiesta is a wonderful time to join together with family and friends. My husband, daughter and I along with 20+ family members gathered together for a fun time family reunion. We stayed at the Alameda house which put us 10 min. from the fiesta, and train station that took us to Santa Fe. Melissa made sure we had everything we could possibly need and the accommodations were beautiful. We plan to travel back to ABQ in the near future and would love to stay at this property again. Thank you Melissa for the thoughtful things you did to help us enjoy our stay.

Great location for Balloon Fiesta

  • 5 of 5

Four of us stayed for 6 nights during the first week of Balloon Fiesta 2017. The location is perfect for driving to the Balloon Park, less than 4 miles. It's also close to a Rail Runner sub-station, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The house is in a quiet location, is well supplied and the beds are comfortable. We had the perfect "bucket list" experience!

Home away from Home

  • 5 of 5

We spent almost a month in this lovely place. The house is equipped with everything one could want or need. It is quiet and very private. It is conveniently located and we hope to stay here again when we go back to Albuquerque.

Nicely decorated and well stocked home

  • 5 of 5

My family stayed at this property while visting family in Corralles, NM. The house was spacious for a family of 4 and a 85 lb dog. The house was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The house is a five minute walk from a beautiful park. We will be staying here again when we visit NM.

property is lovely and well maintained

  • 5 of 5

THE place to stay in the North Valley of Albuquerque. We only used the master suite and bath so cannot comment on the other rooms. But this house is spacious and comfortable (did I mention quiet?).
