Host was very responsive and the property was nice. It is only a one-story not a two. The yard was amazing, the areas was quiet and the host made the entire experience pleasant.

Eight bright, connected adults could not access AvantStay WIFI link.Light was broken in one bedroom on arrival.House may have been well loved decades ago.Clean.

The stay here was excellent. I have been renting with VRBO for 16 years now, and they all have some of the details... this one has them all. They have done it so nicely - they had plenty of dishes, kitchen and bathroom towels, dish washer detergent, paper towels, TP, tissue paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, coffee and filters. We had 6 people staying and the beds were nice, plenty of bathrooms. They have games and puzzles, TV, beach towels, a nice back yard. We did not need the pack n play and the small child things. They have a nice backyard. We liked the location... not far from Santa Barbara, has a local golf course and beach nearby, we shopped at Albertson's. We would recommend to a friend.

Clean and comfortable home outside of Santa Barbara

This four bedroom home is located about a 15 minute drive to Santa Barbara and a couple minutes from good trails and golf overlooking the beach. The rooms were spacious with a well appointed kitchen and all the necessities for a comfortable stay. A good outdoor space with large table was an added plus!

Nicely decorated home with 4 bedrooms and beautiful private yard

The house is nicely decorated and with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is spacious for up to 8 people. It is a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood close to the beach. The back yard is beautiful and private, with plenty of seating. Overall a very nice place!

Beautiful home, close to UCSB, well stocked kitchen, with clean and comfortable beds. The home does not have air conditioning so it got quite warm during our stay. The host has plenty of fans. We kept the windows open at night to cool the home.

Perfect for us!

This house has everything you could need. Plenty of indoor and outdoor room to hang out, a good kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and a nice yard.
