Unwind in The Villages of Estero just minutes to Beach, Shopping, Dining and Attractions. This semi private 600sq/ft Efficiency Unit inside of a beautiful 2,400 sq/ft Heated Pool Home is bordered by two sides of the lake and a lovely lighted fountain just off the property.

This Efficiency Unit includes Private Full Bath with tub/shower, Private Entrance, Queen Bed Bedroom, plus Living Room/office with 55" TV with Cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video (some shows/movies additional charge), and your own Private Equipped Kitchen, On-Site Laundry, all this located on its private side of home behind door and hallway. Private entrance is on the unit side out the back and side of property. Space comes with one dedicated driveway parking spot.

House is Located West of the 41/Tamami Trail in Estero. Guests can relax in the peaceful surroundings out by lanai, pool and outdoor TV, or head out to explore the local attractions. We think our place will help you experience everything Lee and Collier County has to offer.

Single Family Home with a Custom Efficiency Unit Setup. Owner Lives On-Site and has 2 Dogs - No Pets are allowed unless special agreement is made with owner. Preferred max occupancy two adults.

Ed was very good communicator from the very beginning. It was very pleasant and took time to introduce us to his pets. He took care of any issues or needs immediately.
