The cabin is easily accessed by paved roads all the way up, with only a short gravel driveway at the end. Two parking spaces are available. While the route is manageable in most weather conditions, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended when exploring the Smoky Mountains, especially during winter or heavy rain. From here, you're just a scenic drive to Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, and more.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book
• Sleeps 4 guests maximum
• Parking for 2 vehicles onsite
• 4x4 drive recommended for Smoky Mountain travel
• Fireplace is wood-burning—bring your own firewood
• Charcoal grill provided—bring charcoal
• Coffee makers include Keurig and regular drip—bring your own coffee
• Hot tub is drained and cleaned between stays. On check-in day, allow time for it to heat up—adjust settings as needed
• Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent
• Guests agree to communicate via website messenger, even if initial contact occurs by another method
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
