We have relatives in Florida which made an easy decision to purchase an investment property which eventually will be our retirement home. We purchased our dream home in 2016 Davenport Florida. As soon as we saw this executive bungalow, we fell in love immediately with the layout, floor plan, location, with natural light throughout the house in a very quiet community. This property is very close to many amenities including golf courses, basketball courts, groceries, hardware stores, banks, gas stations, fast food and restaurants.

This villa is luxurious and spacious for everyone to be comfortable and relaxing vacation. We recently tiled all of first floor with new smart TVs and new mattress in 3 adult bedrooms.
