Essential Booking Information:
Stay Requirement: 7-night minimum (Per KCB City Regulations).
Flexible Turn-Day: Check-in/out on Saturday or Sunday (subject to availability).
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Occupancy: Strictly limited to 5 guests (200 sq. ft. per person per city code).
Pets: One small, non-shedding dog welcome ($200 pet fee). No cats.

Rates & Policy Notes:
Cleaning Fee: $200 per stay.
Pool Customization: While 80° is complimentary, a $165/week fee applies for advanced requests to heat or chill the pool further.

Peace of Mind: We strongly recommend travel insurance during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30). Full refunds are provided only in the event of a government-mandated evacuation.

Note: This is a non-smoking property. Cabana Club access is not included.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please make sure to put garbage can out to the curb on garbage collecting days. Every Monday and Friday at 6pm.

Please stripe out all sheets and collecting towels out and put it by living room area

Please make sure to turn off all lights inside and outside including pool light.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Children under age of 0-12. Please send request directly to owner approval.

After 16 years coming to this area we were overwhelmed with this beautiful location. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Wonderful sunrise views and lovely pool and outdoor seating. Our host was very attentive and replied within 10 minutes. Also very dog friendly and peaceful neighborhood.

We drove 7.5 hours to get to this place which we booked in August of last year. When we opened the door the chemical smells were so strong it made my entire family feel nauseous and physically unwell. We decided to leave to get food and see if it would subside and it didnt. I reached out to the property owner/manager and she was very quick to respond. I told her my concerns and she first offered a full refund if I left the night we arrived, but then quickly backtracked and said she would only refund half of what we paid. The pictures show a brand new looking home, but it was far from it. The couch, chairs and rugs were all stained. There was mold in the owners bedroom shower and mold on the mini split ac units. Considering the price it costs per night to stay here and previous reviews, we were very disappointed in the home and the host. We felt as though we were stuck and it ruined are stay.

The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing—truly a little slice of paradise The dock and entire outdoor space were beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The house was well equipped and had everything we could ever need, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.The neighborhood had such a quaint charm, and the sunsets at the beach were unforgettable. The owners were fantastic with communication and even shared some great local festival recommendations, which made our stay even more special.Would definitely come back!
