You will feel right at home in this beachy, beautifully decorated , seventh-floor, gulf-front penthouse that includes a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and much more!

Walk through the front door and feel yourself relax in this spacious, two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse suite. Catch the sunrise and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the 32-foot private beach front balcony and watch the dolphins swim by! In the evening, watch gorgeous sunsets while having a cocktail on the balcony!

Expansive gulf front 32' ocean front balcony is larger than most units on the island! Relax and enjoy the beautiful 3rd floor views of the sand and surf. Surf Dweller features over 400ft of beach frontage, community pool w/ sundeck, kiddie pool, picnic area, parking fitness center, elevators, tennis/pickleball courts and 2 parking passes. Stay 7 nights and get 10% off your booking!

2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set are included with the rental. You just go down and talk to the beach attendant (they are on the right as you come off the boardwalk) and tell them what unit number you’re staying in. They’ll assign you where your beach set up is daily (March 1 to October 31).
Beach towels and assorted toys are located in the condo’s laundry room.

2 parking passes are included in your stay and it is open parking, so pick any spot on the property. There is NO assigned parking. 1st come, 1st served. The parking passes are on the kitchen counter. You need to fill them out on your arrival and place it on your dashboard to be seen ASAP. All others will be towed at Owner's Expense and we will not be held accountable. The building security monitors this closely!

Quiet hours must be respected between 9pm and 9am.

Perfect Spot For Sports Tournament Travelers

Property was at least as good as pictured. Beach access was awesome. Also conveniently located to the fields we played at for the 14U Gulf Coast World Series. Owners were helpful, and we enjoyed the recommended restaurants.

Condo was spacious and loved the separate laundry room instead of the stackable washer/dryer combos in most rentals. Views were beautiful! Enjoyed using the extra beach chairs to watch the sunset in evenings. The kitchen was larger than most and had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Quiet and Peaceful with amazing views

I stayed at the Penthouse Paradise for a week of work in the area instead of a hotel. It was so nice having the comforts of home while away. Even though it was Spring Break, the place was still quiet and Peaceful. Very glad I decided to stay here and would stay again next trip.

The Penthouse Paradise lived up to expectations!! It’s beautifully decorated for beach vibes and relaxing. The hosts provide so many extras for guests’ comfort, like towels, chairs, beach service and many kitchen supplies. The view from the 7th floor is amazing! We’ll definitely be back!
