Cute & locally-owned 10-room "old Florida" modern motor court. It has been freshly remodeled, updated to current times, and is very clean! Located just a short walk from the National Scenic Byway, Indian River lagoon. One can take scenic walks and/or bike rides along the beautiful Indian River. 10-minute drive to the Historic Cocoa Village and approximately 30-minute drive to the world-famous/popular Cocoa Beach or 1 hr. to Orlando.

Clean room, great for an overnight layover before we got on a cruise, close to Port Canaveral. Mattress was a little soft for our taste but ok. This place is great for a short stay like we did but there’s not much furniture or storage for a longer stay. Some reviews mention the train that goes by. It’s not that loud in my opinion and I barely noticed it, pretty sure it stopped running around 9pm and didn’t hear it again till after I woke up in the morning.

Andrea is super sweet and helpful, I really appreciated her efforts. The room was very clean. However, there is some traffic noise and especially train noise. The tracks are right across the street and they go all hours of the day and night. For that reason I probably won't stay there again.

The AC doesn’t work good and the cockroaches come out at night maybe fix a couple things and I’d be great understandable for the 90 a night but come on really cockroaches

The host was very nice and responded quickly. There were a few minor things that caused issues with the stay. First, there were ants scattered throughout the room. Not many but you would see a few on wall, a few on table or a few in bathroom. The tv didn’t work as it was not hooked up to internet or something so we were unable to use it for anything. The worst part of the stay was the noise from outside and other rooms. We could get people being intimate next to us throughout the night along with their entire conversations. Moaning through the walls while you are trying to sleep is not something I want to hear. Being next to the train tracks did not help with a train horn every 1-2 hours. Room was decent for the price, the fridge has seen better days. The bed and was nice and soft. It in very decent for the price but you have to hope you don’t hear let’s get it on come on in the room next to you.
