The property is centrally located and in walking distance or short drive of the activities in Madison. The host provided snacks that greeted us as we as soon as we opened the door and entered the Home. just steps away from the Ohio River/ walking path made an impression most memorable. Great location

We were lucky to find this amazing property for the Madison Regatta. We had a great view of the river and watched the fireworks from the back deck. The house was clean and very comfortable. The communication between the host and us could not have been better. All questions were answered quickly.This will be our first choice on our return visits to Madison.

The house was convenient to downtown and a great view of the Ohio River. The house was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed walking along the river and sitting by the river to read and relax.I would definitely recommend this place. If I'm ever in the area again I would stay here.

We want everyone to enjoy the place that we love. You can visit here multiply times a year and have a different experience each time ... form Live Music every weekend to monthly festivals ... there's always something to do in Madison!!
